Pour ce numéro de rentrée de « la Boîte noire », je vous propose de rencontrer Erwan Davoux, haut fonctionnaire, conseiller politique et désormais… lanceur d'alerte à Marseille pour avoir signalé au Parquet National Financier (PNF) et au parquet de Marseille, plusieurs faits relevant, selon lui, du trafic d'influence, de la corruption passive et du détournement de fonds publics, au sujet de Martine Vassal, la présidente du département des Bouches-du-Rhône et de la métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence. Ce signalement a été fait au nom de l'article 40 – qui impose aux agents publics, dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, l'obligation de signaler sans délai au procureur tout fait délictueux ou criminel dont ils ont connaissance. En cause ? L'embauche par Martine Vassal de son concubin comme directeur de cabinet, mais également sa pratique du clientélisme par des subventions et des voyages, mais aussi sa gestion dispendieuse. Suite à ce signalement, une enquête préliminaire a finalement été ouverte après que le PNF a décidé de saisir la juridiction marseillaise, comme je le révélais dans Le Nouvel Obs publiée fin août qui a fait beaucoup de bruit à Marseille.

Quel est le bilan environnemental de l'industrialisation ? de l'urbanisation ? du colonialisme ?
