Not the other way around! I detest the ideas of having to 'work' or 'earn' calories. So I'm here to tell you how to turn the tables and make calories work for you. Short-term - getting to know your calories, and learning about your foods, can be a game-changing tool for a lot of people when it comes to fat loss. That is what calorie counting should be - a useful tool. Not something to live your life by. In this episode I discuss how to make the best use of calorie tracking/counting - without it taking over your life or becoming a chore. - If of course, you have had previous negative experiences with calorie counting or disordered eating then this will not be applicable to you - Any questions?
