The Penguins are not last season's Capitals. Joe believes Kyle Dubas wants to start over and rebuild.

This is an interesting time for Kyle Dubas and the Penguins. Kyle Dubas said that the goalies that played best in camp and preseason would be the guys. Sergei Murashov played as the best guy, but was sent to the minors. Joe feels like we've been robbed of seeing him play.
