There was no shot taken at the Pirates organization for how they have handled their first full season with Skenes. Nothing from the broadcast mentioning or eluding to how great of a pitcher he is on such a bad team. Does Major League Baseball have a problem with the Pirates way of business? If they did, why did it seem like last night's lack of criticism meant a gag order was in place? Is there even a 1% chance of Paul Skenes re-signing in Pittsburgh?
