Could Steelers insider Mark Kaboly make a field goal from 33 yards out? He seems to think so! Adam Crowley, Dorin Dickerson and Nicholas "Harry" Callas react.

The biggest surprise for Mark is the Steelers likely putting Will Howard on IR. Mark would keep Howard active and wouldn't be good for him to miss a month and hop on the moving train. Mark doesn't think there wouldn't be interest in Diontae Johnson. He thinks Marquez Vandes-Scantling is a Mike Williams type of guy.

An NFL staff member declined to comment on if NFL will take action against Jim Harbaugh for what happened at Michigan. Marquez Vandes-Scantling signs with the 49ers. The Ravens extend Kyle Hamilton. Mark was surprised the Steelers picked Corliss Waitman. Mark is concerned about the defensive line and lack of depth.

Adam Crowley, Dorin Dickerson and Steelers insider Mark Kaboly wonder if the NFL should handle rookie draft picks on the practice squad this way instead of how it's currently done.

We will see a bunch of roster moves from the Steelers before the cut deadline tomorrow. Jakobi Meyers just requested a trade from the Raiders, and the Steelers should be interested in him. Meyers had over 1000 yards last year. Justin Jefferson and Deandre Hopkins are the only two receivers with a recent drop-rate that's lower. Steelers insider Brian Batko from the PG joined the show. Brian says that he doesn't think the Steelers want to give up picks for Jakobi Meyers, and he thinks that the Raiders would want a receiver back. Brian thinks that Will Howard will get an IR spot for at least the first four weeks. He also doesn't know whether or not Beanie Bishop will make the team. Brian thinks that Corliss Waitman will be the Steelers punter this year. Donny Football Debrief – The Bucs cut Desmond Watson, the 450-pound defensive tackle. Corliss Waitman has officially won the punter battle for the Steelers. Mark Kaboly said 3 days ago that Johnston had the job one.

Mark says that after this contract, the Steelers shouldn't want to sign Cam Heyward for more than a year. Mark didn't like the interview with Jake “the snake” Roberts. Mark says Heyward is more important to the Steelers than Boswell is. More w/ Mark – Mark says that Calvin Austin's injury is somewhat worrisome. Mark thinks that the Steelers will add another receiver before the beginning of the season, but doesn't think it will be Odell. Mark says that Roman Wilson stood out during training camp. He says that if all receivers were healthy, Austin would be the 2. Mark also says that Darnell Washington will never be the Steelers' best tight end. Mark also says that it was definitely Cam Heyward's agent that told Schefter about his situation. Cam Heyward didn't bet on himself when he signed the contract with the Steelers last year, and now that he was an all-pro again, he wants a raise. Mark also mentions that it's hard to form an opinion on the situation because nobody really knows what Heyward wants yet. More w/ Mark – Mark says that the Peat signing was for depth because the Steelers don't trust Seumalo to play all 17 games. He also says that Broderick Jones has looked better recently in practice. Tomlin said that Seumalo won't play tomorrow due to injury. Mark says that none of the stats you see about Rodgers in camp mean anything. The guys bring up Mark's controversial comment on the Mcafee show about throwing toilet paper away. Mark said they were just wipes. Mark says it is very unlikely that the Steelers would trade for Terry Mclaurin. Apparently, the Steelers have the second best odds to trade for Micah Parsons. More w/ Mark – The consensus is that Rodgers had his best practice as a Steeler yesterday. Kaboly says that he was getting his best protection yet yesterday. He also says that the offense was terrible on Wednesday and was probably motivated to bounce back. Broderick Jones is currently hurt and has not been on the field. Mark finds it hard to believe that Broderick will get benched this season because the options behind him are not good. Fans were excited whenever Aaron Rodgers completed a pass over the middle of the field. Kaboly says that Payton Wilson has taken it to the next level in training camp so far.
