Noah joins us for all things Pitt after a disaster season and then we hear Ben commenting on the Steelers offense and Matt Canada.
We hear Ben talking on the Footbahlin' podcast about the Steelers offense last week, his relationship with Matt Canada and not challenging the Diontae TD.
Ben Roethlisberger talked about what life was like with Matt Canada and now how things might go for the Steelers since his firing. Ben thinks Kenny Pickett could thrive more by having a better relationship with Mike Sullivan. Ben also mentions it's a weird setup with Sullivan and Eddie Faulkner as the co-coordinator positions. Who is the guy in charge there? The guys broke down what they took from Ben on his podcast. How much can Pickett improve under this arrangement? The Steelers aren't facing many tough defenses the rest of the way – just 1 in the top half of the league. Would you rather have a young, up and coming coordinator or someone like Frank Reich and Todd Haley? Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo from the PG joined the show. Ray thinks they could bring an outside offensive coordinator candidate in next season, but still keep Mike Sullivan and Eddie Faulkner around. Ray talked about how the current arrangement is going with the offense. Ray got into the Steelers injury report. Ray also commented on what is going on with Diontae Johnson and why his situation may be a little bit different than troublesome receivers of the past. Faulkner's Feedback – The guys broke down what Eddie Faulkner said to the media earlier today.
Of course, former Steelers' QB Ben Roethlisberger has an opinion about Matt Canada now that he's no longer the offensive coordinator of the Steelers. Adam Crowley and Dorin Dickerson react.
Billy Gardell and Ben Roethlisberger, Kliph Nesteroff, and Merril Hoge.

The favorites are out for who the next Steelers organization will be – it includes Ben Roethlisberger.
Matt Canada came into work today – he walked through the Steelers facility – and was fired soon after. Mike Tomlin said today that nothing changes when grading Kenny Pickett as a player going forward. Kenny seemed to like working with Canada, but will this lead to the QB playing better? Should Pickett be beating himself up over this at all? Will Pickett improve negative parts of his game all of the sudden? How should the Steelers go about the game in Cincinnati on Sunday? Caller said he is so happy that Art Rooney has finally woken up. The favorites are out for who the next Steelers organization will be – it includes Ben Roethlisberger. Tomlin Tidbits – Mike Tomlin admitted that he didn't tell the players (or really anyone) ahead of time before the firing of Matt Canada.
Andy and Dan listen to a clip from Ben Roethlisberger talking about the Steelers loss to the Browns. Boy, oh boy, is victory sweet. More Victory Monday celebration as the Browns are 7-3.
Andy and Dan listen to a clip from Ben Roethlisberger and his podcast, and man does he sound sad about the Browns 13-10 win over the Steelers. Then, Joe Flacco is signed to the practice squad just before Kevin Stefanski speaks. You'll hear the guys reactions to what to the head coach had to say.
Steelers insider Mark Kaboly from The Athletic joined the show. Mark went over the Steelers injury report and said we will see Mykal Walker a lot on Sunday and maybe even leading the defense. The guys asked Mark if what this team was doing is sustainable. Mark doesn't think we need to worry about Ben Roethlisberger coming back to one of the AFC North rivals. Mark thinks the game Sunday will be a 3-point difference at most, but wants to lean the Steelers way due to the QB situation.
How many of the upcoming QBs would you put ahead of Kenny Pickett? What win total can the Steelers get to by season's end? Steelers insider Mark Kaboly from The Athletic joined the show. The shame of my own family history shadowed my life until I discovered the lessons revealed in this book, a searing expose of how our history can influence our legacy. The big news of the day surrounds the Steelers-Browns matchup on Sunday. Deshaun Watson is out for the season after electing season-ending shoulder surgery. The Browns will go with Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Does that make you feel better about the game? Poni is in celebration mode. Chris said don't get too excited just yet because the Browns can get back to their basics. Chris does not think the game is anywhere close to an automatic win for the Steelers. Some Browns fans think Tom Brady would come out of retirement to play for them. What about Ben Roethlisberger? How do Steelers fans feel about Sunday's game now with Deshaun Watson out for the Browns? What if the Steelers lose the game 9-6? Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. TK reacted to the 16th hat trick in the career of Sidney Crosby. He thinks Crosby will hit 100 points again this year and that it's just so special seeing what's doing in his late 30's. Tyler said the team has turned a corner and we have seen that during this 5-game win streak. He talked about the consistency in which Crosby finds himself on the score sheet and the motivation behind his game. TK talked about the tragic situation surrounding former Penguin Adam Johnson, who lost his life after a skate to the neck. He said he can't believe charges have been brought on to the player in question – he described the play as a freak accident. Tyler talked about the importance of neck guards in the game of hockey, but said the pro leagues probably aren't close to making them mandatory.
Ben Roethlisberger is worried the Steelers will face a really good team with a solid offense and not be able to play the same style of football. Is it ok to be happy with what the Steelers have done and still expect growth this year? Dorin and Crowley both say YES.
"Bleav in Steelers" hosts Ike Taylor and Mark Bergin discuss the emergence of the Pittsburgh Steelers' running game in back-to-back weeks. The Steelers ran for a season-high 205 yards during Sunday's win against the Green Bay Packers. Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren each had a touchdown too. Harris had 96 total yards and Warren had 110 total yards. Sunday also marked the second time the Steelers won time of possession. Bergin defends second-year quarterback Kenny Pickett from the criticism he's received. He asks which other quarterback the Steelers could have acquired that would have been an upgrade over Pickett after Ben Roethlisberger retired. Pickett has the NFL's longest active streak without throwing an interception. Also, the Steelers are tied for first in the NFL in turnover ratio (+10) and tied for first in the NFL in defensive takeaways (18). The Steelers have won close games by protecting the ball and taking the ball away. While Pickett's play hasn't been what you'd expect from a first-round pick, he's still playing on a rookie contract and should continue to improve. The guys also discuss the bend-but-don't-break defense. It included Keanu Neal's interception off a tipped pass by Patrick Peterson. On Sunday, Peterson also blocked an extra point, which forced the Packers to try for a touchdown instead of a game-tying field goal. Damontae Kazee had the clinching interception thanks to Minkah Fitzpatrick voicing which coverage the Steelers should run. The guys discuss the Steelers' Week 11 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns starting offensive tackles are injured. It includes Jedrick Wills Jr., Jack Conklin and Dawand Jones. The injuries provide an advantage to the Steelers' edge rushers led by T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith. Deshaun Watson rebounded after a 6 for 20 start in the first half to complete all 14 of his passes in the Browns' comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens. Last, Ike talks about his trip to the University of Wisconsin-Madison with his son, Ivan. Also, Mark discusses running the City of Oaks Marathon in Raleigh, North Carolina. Should Najee Harris be commended for his attitude this year? Also, what's the truth with how much halftime adjustments matter in the NFL?
Hour 4: It's not pretty for the Steelers, but they get the job done! It's like settling for a different result, but can still have a good time and win. They leave a lot to be desired. They don't win pretty. That's not necessarily what football is for Dorin. They are winning by defense and running the football. A texter thinks Austin sounds like Kraig Riley. Crowley just wants to see some easier wins for the Steelers and how people are getting mad before the end of the game and doesn't think the team can do anything in the playoffs. Expectations are to win a playoff game. You're not going to win without a Mahomes, Burrow, Allen, Hurts, Lawrence type player and hope Kenny Pickett grows to be one of those top quarterbacks. Ben Roethlisberger is worried the Steelers will face a really good team with a solid offense and not be able to play the same style of football. Is it ok to be happy with what the Steelers have done and still expect growth this year? Dorin and Crowley both say YES. That's Right I Said It.
Ben Roethlisberger doesn't believe the Steelers will be able to keep up with the real contenders in the AFC. Is he right? Do the Steelers have what it takes to beat a team like the Dolphins or Chiefs or Bengals?
Ben Roethlisberger doesn't believe the Steelers will be able to keep up with the real contenders in the AFC. Is he right? Do the Steelers have what it takes to beat a team like the Dolphins or Chiefs or Bengals? Fans gave their takeaways from the Steelers win over Green Bay. Kenny Pickett said he wants more opportunities to take shots down the field. Does he really? Chris pointed out a concerning stat showing quite the contrary. Should we still be worried about the rib injury? What will it take for him to show something?
We hear some comments from Big Ben while watching the game and then we talk about how the officials totally blew that lateral pass call even after review and the Steelers caught a huge break.

Rashard Mendenhall spoke out against Ben Roethlisberger, referencing the Super Bowl loss to the Packers. Mendenhall said Ben never takes the blame for big losses.
