(back-entered) Halloween ranting 75 HARD DayWoops! I lost day 29's recording as it somehow got stuck on my phone! But luckily I am able to play it so as I was doing my garage workout on day 30, and as I was making some breakfast, I played my phone audio out loud as I captured the sound through my laptop. Sorry but this was the best I can do for this one as of now. It was some good multi-tasking.

I've definitely been splitting my practice time between so many other activities. If I was only practicing 90 mins daily I think I'd be more organized. I'm trying to find my limit of pushing my energy to where I can both balance it but also raise my tolerance in a lot of ways. I slowed the video at times to 25% to check. It's my best guess of what happened in the first 12:45 minutes. Combos forward then backward1a (Fwd) Gedan barai, oi zuki1b (Bwd) age uke, oí zuki2a (Fwd) sanbon tsuki- triple punch2b (Bwd) age uke, Gedan barai, mae geri, gay Ku zuki [NOTE: the sensei seemed to say “Gedan barai.” But the movement seemed to be a very narrow stance, I'm guessing due to the next move being a kick, then the kicked leg went back done into the narrow stance before stepping out into zenkutsu dachi with oi zuki]. HAPPY YOM KIPPUR.

I replayed a lot of it and did it together with the class over and over. I have estimated notes of what I think are the names of the moves they did. But I'm not 100% certain. I slowed the video at times to 25% to check. It's my best guess of what happened in the first 12ish minutes. First were warm upsmae geri 3 sets 10xoí zuki gayku zuki 2.
