Have you heard about stress stacking? You may be even doing this unconsciously!I've gone through so many conditions, injuries, and illnesses in my life and I have recently figured out that these were actually manifestations of stress because I have stacked multiple stressors on top of the other! In this podcast episode, I share 6 ways to relive yourself of stress so you don't become a stress stacker! You can find the self-care list I have mentioned here:www.holhealth.com.au/selfcarelistIf you loved this, please leave me a 5-star review and share with me your experience or thoughts on my Instagram @helen_uskovic.
