Describe a recent time when you struggled to find rest—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. What symptoms did you notice in your body, mind, or soul that signaled you weren't at peace? What practical steps can you take to be more intentional about “being still” and reconnecting with God, especially when anxiety or overwhelm creeps in? Have you experienced a moment where a Scripture or encouraging word “popped up” repeatedly in your life? What do you think God was trying to show you through that repetition? Consider your support system. Who are the people you can count on to pray with or for you? How can you be more intentional about plugging into that community? When do you feel most disconnected from others or from God? What does your “relational circuit” look and feel like when it's turned off, and how do you turn it back on? Think about a time when worship, music, or gratitude helped calm your anxious thoughts or physical stress. Describe that experience and the difference it made for you. What spiritual “coping skills” do you use to handle anxiety or worry? How do you incorporate God's word, prayer, or praise into these moments? Reflect on a humorous, gentle, or unexpected way God has answered your prayers, corrected you, or spoken to you. How did this impact your faith? How has resting in God, and placing your trust in Him, changed the way you approach challenges or transitions in life? Where do you need to be reminded to “let us plug in so He can fill your cup”? There is a verse of scripture in the book of Psalms 46 verse 10 that says, "Be Still And Know That I AM God." Some of you may be familiar with this verse of scripture and you may even think that you know the real meaning behind this verse of scripture. God actually is addressing His people, telling them to "be still" or "rest" but could it mean to lay your head down on a pillow to rest, or reframe from worrying, or does the phrase, "be still" mean something entirely different. Psalm 46:10

There has never been a more urgent time than this to hear God. In the midst of a great darkness there will always be a greater light. Psalm 46 says that in the midst of chaos and war "He is God" He is with us and He will be exalted over the nations. Solitude and silence, two things stolen from this generation need to be revisited.
