Gaillard was also a finalist for North Carolina Principal of the Year. He holds degrees from The Catholic University of America, Trinity University, and the University of North Carolina A&T University. Sean has contributed writings to Education Week, PBS NewsHour Extra, and Culture Sonar, and co-authored Education Write Now, Volume 2. His blog and podcast, “The Principal Liner Notes,” reflect his passion for school culture, innovation, and music.
