I dagens af Plantetinget har vi besøg af David Pedersen fra Kødfri Mandag og ProVeg. David er filosof, økonom, udenlandsdansker og ekspert i fremtidens bæredygtige proteinkilder. Med base i Berlin, arbejder David for den store internationale vegetariske organisation ProVeg, der blandt andet arbejder for at reducere vores drivhusgasudslip med 50% til 2040. I podcasten får vi en introduktion til, hvilke typer fødevaretendenser vi vil se i fremtiden, samt hvilken vej udviklingen går rent internationalt.
