Today I am talking to Lizzy Parks. Lizzy is both an amazing mother and musician.   I got to know Lizzy when she started teaching my now teenager to play the piano when she was around six. She gave my daughter the joy of music. Lizzy will share with us some deep, challenging and beautiful stories about becoming a mother, and being a mother. Above all health as this is the most important as someone in a nearby commerce said to me today without that we have nothing.
