Bili smo u posjeti Osnovnoj školi Olovo, gdje je poslije nekoliko mjeseci realiziran projekt pod nazivom „Povećanje čitalačke pismenosti u ZE-DO Kantonu“. Organizator ovog projekta je Pedagoški Zavod ZDK iz  Zenice u saradnji sa Rotary Klub-om Zenica. Projekt traje već tri godine u svim osnovnim školama u našem kantonu, a posljednjih godinu dana u Kaknju, Brezi, Varešu i Olovu. Učestvuje ukupno 58 škola.

Today´s Episode I had an opportunity to talk with Nerma who was struggling with overtraining and undereating. Nerma is sharing her incredible story of how she went from dangerous underweight to healthier weight. Feelings and emotions she had to overcome to fix her relationship with food and scale. This was really emotional conversation what you might go through when struggling with bad relationship with food and your body. Nerma Džaferović je student bioinžinjerina i genetike na IBU u Sarajevu. Pored studiranja, također se bavi građanskim aktivizmom, koji je krenuo kroz angažman u ASuBiH tokom srednje škole pa do kasnijeg angažmana u raznim NGO. Sa Nermom sam pričao o njenom aktiviznom, organizacijama u kojim je bila uključena te stanju i pravima mladih i ostalih marginaliziranih skupina u BiH. Nerma je također prva gošća na mom podcastu što ovu epizodu čini izrazito zanimljivom.

One of her childhood dreams was to visit the United States which finally came true when she arrived in the US to participate in the STUDY OF THE U.S. INSTITUTE ON SECONDARY EDUCATION through the Mansfield Center at the University of Montana. RECURSOS Y BENEFICIOS PARA QUE COMIENCES TU NEGOCIO Acaba y Emprende es una iniciativa creada por Tuko Alberto, experto y educador del mercadeo en redes sociales, considerado un representante del mercadeo en Puerto Rico. Acaba y Emprende es un podcast de entrevistas y preguntas a distintos invitados que se enfoca en el emprendimiento y el aprendizaje de experiencias de dichos invitados. Para el episodio 58, Tuko tiene como invitada a Nerma Albertorio Barnés, de Centro de Emprendedores, un espacio dedicado a aprendedores por emprendedores para formarlos, darles estrategias y enseñarles destrezas al momento de emprender. La entrevista girará entorno a comenzar a emprender, recursos y beneficios para todos aquellos que deciden tomar ese riesgo. La razón por la Nerma empezó a emprender con Centro de Emprendedores se debió porque cuando ella quiso emprender en un principio no encontró apoyo ni ayuda de nadie, lo que causó que, por falta de experiencia y conocimiento, no le fuese bien la primera vez que lo intentó. Muchas son las veces que las personas no emprenden porque piensan que deben arriesgarlo todo o tener sumas astronómicas de dinero, o si lo hacen fracasan por distintos problemas que con la ayuda necesaria no ocurre. Por esta razón, Nerma decidió crear Centro de Emprendedores, lo que ayuda al emprendedor a saber cómo manejar su tiempo, dinero, y a prepararse mentalmente al reto que significa emprender. El mayor problema de la mayoría de los emprendedores significa la falta de dinero. No obstante, Nerma considera que esa no es una razón para detenerse, que cada persona tiene talentos y virtudes que pueden ayudarle a emprender con éxito sin mucho dinero. Además de eso, Nerma considera que hay que consultar las ideas que se tienen para saber si pueden realizar esa idea, si es una necesidad o urgencia o es por gusto y dependiendo de lo que se sabe, la idea que se tiene, y los planes a futuro, se debe realizar un plan ideal para el desarrollo de dicha idea. Centro para Emprendedores tiene distintas formas de ayudar a los emprendedores y futuros emprendedores. Uno de sus procesos consiste en la realización de eventos, seminarios, y charlas para ayudarlos a entender lo que pueden hacer y lo que necesitan aprender. Delany Wascherol is 17 years old and on the precipice of womanhood as she contemplates jumping off a cliff in Utah with some badass women. She calls her story “Testing Gravity”. Delany Wascherol is an avid volunteer of many Missoula nonprofits, a backpacking enthusiast, an artist and a self-identified cool girl. A merit badge in canoeing doesn’t help John Schneeberger on the Lochsa River and he ends up on the wrong side of the river with a friend and his 4-year-old son. John calls his story “Down the Lochsa in a Canoe”. John Schneeberger lives in the Bitterroot with his wife of 35 years, Karen Coombs. He is employed providing small business assistance with the local economic development authority. He has three adult children who are all splendid human beings. He is often politically active, likes hiking, skiing and doing landscape pastel paintings. Denise Baker risked her comfortable retirement by facing her daughter’s drug addiction and assuming the responsibility for her daughter’s children. She calls her story “Child of Mine”. Denise Baker is not the storyteller’s real name. She’s asked us to use a pseudonym to protect her daughter’s privacy, which is why there is no photo and we are not posting her bio.
