What started out as an eerie haunting quickly escalated, as sinister spirits attached themselves to the family. This week, we dig into the story that inspired the major motion picture The Conjuring. In 1971, Roger and Caroline Perron moved into the Arnold Estate with their five young daughters. Paranormal phenomenon began immediately. From full body apparitions and poltergeist activity to oppressive atmosphere and possible demonic obsession tormented this family over the next decade. The involvement of Ed and Lorraine Warren kicked things up a notch when Caroline was possibly possessed during a seance. However I will say the actual things that took place in this farm house located in Harrisville, Rhode Island are far more terrifying then the movie in my opinion.
