Then he watched it and said it was extradoinary then a producer in the industry said Prashanth wants to meet him. Initially Prabhas was hesitant because in Telugu industry they say hero wants tp meet director ula kaadhu so he asked for clarity does he really want me to meet me or producers trick so he said ok. They met and talked about what movies they like general talk it was not a meeting for a film. They liked each other after it. And Prasanth was surprised because they thought Baahubali actor was big egotistical guy loos attitude. Then Pramod who is prabhas cousin and owner of UV Creations got a call from Vijay Kirangandur and he had just signed Adipurush and Project K and said Prasanth wants to direct you. They never gave him a response and he thought there was some 100 heroes he could have chosen. Then one night at 12 AM, he and Pramod were deciding and and if they say yes Om Raut and Nag Ashwin will get angry, if he says no then he can ever work with Prashanth need again so they asked how many days Hombale needs. They said 45 days. He was like Prashanth need 45 days his last two movies took 6 years to make and we can lie to other producers. But he understood one thing, if he said to Prashanth Neel and fans found ut, they will kill me so he agreed to do it. All his projects took a long time, Project K took 3 years and finally it took 112 days to complete Salaar.  For Prithviraj, Neel narrated the story when he was filming a movie called Aadujeevitham in Dubai and then COVID happened and he has a huge physical transformation and then Prashanth need narrated Salaar. Initially he wanted to say no because generally pan India movie dont give Malayalam actors big roles but within 10 minutes he said yes. But now due to Aadujeevitham dates issue he called need and said I cant do it. Because he was the only choice for the role, Prashanth Neel spoke to Prabhas and said we will wait for you let us know your dates when you can make it and he ended up doing the movie.  For SHriya Reddy she made a comeback to Telugu cinema after 17 years, apparently she's in Amma Cheppindi movie so its her first straight movie after 17 years. Of course we all remember her fro. Pogaru and its her first movie in a long time. Prashanth neel had her in ind for the role and called her monthly to keep in touch and let her know about the progress.  Godavarikhani, Italy, and Ramoji Film City entire shooting happened. Filming started on January 27th 2021 in Govadarikhani and ended up on December 1st, 2023 after 114 working days.  The movie is a reimaginging of Neel's own Uggaram which starred his brother in law Srimurali,  Movie was shot on Alexa 35 with Signature Prime and Signature Zoom Lenses by Bhuvan Gowda. So why didnt they use Arri Alexa LF since its such a big scale film he tired it for about 2-3 days but the backgrounds were coming really into focus not the image and he wasnt getting the proper framing.  Finally teaser on July 6th, 1st trailer on December 1st and then 2nd trailer on December 18th finally movie release on December 22nd. Fans loved it, ok for general audience and running successfully.

It has now been revealed that the film will be released in over 5000 overseas locations, including 1979 locations in North America. The makers have claimed that this marks an all-time record for any Indian release. The action thriller directed by Prashanth Neel also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan among others in prominent roles.  Ben Wheatley to expand the ‘Meg' franchise after the third film Meg 2: The Trench, the sequel to the 2018 sci-fi thriller film The Meg, is set to release in theatres on August 4th this year. Jason Statham reprises his role as Jonas Taylor, the man who is tasked with stopping a Megalodon shark that is wreaking havoc across the oceans. Director Ben Wheatley has confirmed that he is already in discussions for a third film, as he believes that the franchise has a rich world to explore. News from Hollywood firstKenya Barris to write and direct retelling of The Wizard of OzWe have some good news for the fans of the fantasy classic The Wizard of Oz.  Actor-director Kenya Barris is set to write and direct a reimagined version of the 1939 film for Warner Bros. Not much is known about the film at the moment, but it is believed to be a modern retelling of the timeless story. Viola Davis joins The Ballad of Songbirds and SnakesLooks like the cast of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, the upcoming prequel to the Hunger Games, is getting bigger and better. Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis has signed to star in the film which already features an ensemble cast of actors such as Peter Dinklage, Hunter Schafer, Tom Blyth, and Rachel Zegler. Davis will play Dr Volumnia Gaul, the lead antagonist. Gaul is the head game maker of the 10th Hunger Games. Francis Lawrence, who directed the previous Hunger Games films, is helming the prequel as well. The film is expected to release next year. MGM partners with Warner Bros. Picture Group MGM movies have joined hands with Warner Bros. Picture Group to distribute MGM Movies overseas. As per the multi-year deal, Warner Bros. will release MGM's theatrical titles starting with Luca Guadagnino's Bones and All in November. However, the 26th James Bond will be distributed globally by MGM's current partner Universal. Johnny Depp set to direct his second filmTwenty-five years after directing his first film The Brave, Johnny Depp is set to helm his second directorial feature. Titled Modigliani, the film is based on the life of Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani. Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski have penned the screenplay that focuses on “an eventful 48 hours that change Modigliani's life”. Depp will produce the film along with Al Pacino and Barry Navidi. Salaar and Fighter to release on same day2023 will witness a major clash at the box office as two big-budget films are scheduled to release on the same day. Prabhas' upcoming film Salaar and Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's Fighter will hit theaters on September 28th next year. The makers of Salaar released a new poster of the film and announced the release date. The action film will be helmed by KGF director Prashanth Neel and will be released in five languages. Meanwhile, Fighter is directed by War director Siddharth Anand. John Abraham announces his next filmJohn Abraham's next project has been titled Tariq.
