- Tailgate Recipe's: Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds German Reyes joins with a fantastic recipe for Southern Recipe Small Batch's Keto Popper Burger Ingredients: ⦁ 1.5 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds (your favorite flavor), crushed ⦁ 1 lb. ground beef ⦁ 8 oz. cream cheese ⦁ 2 jalapenos, diced and deseeded ⦁ 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Directions: ⦁ Mix your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch crushed pork rinds with ground beef. Separate into 4 parts and make into hamburger patties. ⦁ Mix room temperature cream cheese, diced and deseeded jalapenos and chopped green onions. ⦁ Add half the cream cheese mixture on top of a hamburger patty. - Tailgate Recipe's w/ Donn Paul of Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds with a keto friendly Fried Pickles recipe Southern Recipe Small Batch Air Fried Pork Rind Pickles Ingredients: ⦁ 2 cups dill pickle slices ⦁ 1 Tbsp almond flour ⦁ 2 large eggs ⦁ 1 cup of Southern Recipe Small Batch (finely crushed) ⦁ 1 tsp garlic powder ⦁ 1 tsp paprika ⦁ Sea salt for flavor Directions: ⦁ Cut pickles into slices and pat dry - thick or thin slices, it's up to you. ⦁ Mix pork rinds, paprika and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add almond flour to a second bowl. Directions: 1. In a small pan over low heat, melt butter and coconut oil. 2. Once melted, add salt and cocoa. 3. Remove pan from heat and stir in sweetener and coffee extract. 4.
