Whether we know it or not, most of us struggle with greed, with wanting more because we think what we have is never enough. Greed gives us a false sense of fulfillment making us think that "just one more thing" will make us feel content. In this message Chase shared what greed can do to our hearts and reminded us that Jesus is where we will find ultimate fulfilment. https://www.kingdomchurch.ca/connect.html https://www.kingdomchurch.ca/give.html
Instead of a traditional gathering, this morning we will be answering your burning questions on the spot without seeing them in advance. Pastors Zach Lambert, Matt Gonzalez, and Lindsay Contreras will be answering questions about Restore, God, life and faith on our Hot Seat Panel hosted by Kelsie Rogers. Hope you join us! If you'd like to connect with Restore, go to www.restoreaustin.org/connect.
John Reichart, a Vineyard pastor in Long Island who planted Vineyard Hopkinton, is speaking on Luke 22:62 and Peter's path to reconciliation with Jesus. Learning to reconcile with Jesus AFTER we fail is deeply important, let's see what we can learn about having humble hearts that just want Jesus.
As humans, we are always hungry for knowledge, and we think that gaining all knowledge leads to wisdom, but in the bible the Pharisees were full of knowledge but they didn't lead a life of wisdom. In this message Pastor Aimee teaches us that all true wisdom comes from God and that wisdom is how we live. https://www.kingdomchurch.ca/connect.html https://www.kingdomchurch.ca/give.html
In just a short time of following Jesus, EVERYTHING can change! That's the power of following Jesus! And that's the testimony shared by both Dan and Kaki in this week's Summer Mixtape message. Over the past year, Jesus has radically transformed who they are and how they're navigating faith, marriage, and life.
In the book of 3rd John, John calls out a man named Diotrephes, the leader of a house Church, for acting like a jerk. Diotrephes is a consumer, and life has become all about him. How do we stop being consumers and start being contributors when it comes to our walk with Jesus? 3 John 1-15 Speaker: David Wyman

How do we see the children in our midst? As annoyances and distractions or as humans deeply loved by God? This Sunday, Ashleigh Surratt is going to be preaching through the story of Jesus saying, “let the little children come to me.” Here is the truth: we have no business making it harder for kids to have a seat at the table–not the kids table off to the side; the family table. We are here and live-streaming every Sunday at 9:30am CT. If you'd like to connect with Restore, go to www.restoreaustin.org/connect.

Even when dealing with life's challenges, we can trust that God can give us rest for the journey ahead. The story of Elijah helps us see that it's ok not to be ok. Today we will hear from Dr. Kan'Dace Brock as we continue in our Summer Mixtape Series! If you'd like to connect with Restore, go to www.restoreaustin.org/connect.
In this week's message, Pastor Kim unpacks the importance of understanding your identity in Christ.
Thoreau said: “Rather than love, money or fame – give me truth.” It sounds quite noble. Many today feel the opposite: “I'd rather be accused of being too loving than being too truthful.” But what if both are wrong? That's what 2 John is about – not balancing truth and love but putting them together. 2 John 1-11 Speaker: Kevin Stiles

What does it look like to hold on to Jesus when things around us are falling apart. Paul said, “We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.” Join us as Mark Jordan shares some of his story and how this text helped him through one of the hardest times of his life.
