The world of rock music has long been saturated with Occult imagery, mysticism and dark spiritual themes, and in some cases the stories go far beyond the stage theatrics and album art. Some of the most startling claims have come not from outsiders, but from the artists themselves. In interviews Ronnie James Dio included descriptions of rituals connected to guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. He even described a ritual in which they used to summon the ancient entity known as Baal. Laurence Luckinbill is an acclaimed Emmy Award winning and Tony Award nominee, actor, playwright and director. He's worked in film, television and theatre, in the latter as a writer, director and actor. He has starred in several celebrated one-man shows including as Teddy Roosevelt, Clarence Darrow and Lyndon Johnson.
