Transformative Truth: Live for the Lord and the world to come. The River of Life If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'" Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive.... - John 7:37-39 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved. - Psalm 46:10 The Return of the Lord The confirmation of his return (v. 7) The consequence of his return (v. 12) Our consideration of his return (v. 20) The Response of the Living As surely as I live, says the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live. Turn! Turn from your wickedness, O people of Israel! Why should you die? - Ezekiel 33:11
On this week's Ministry Minute, we talk about how living as a believer in Jesus Christ requires sacrifice. Just as we make sacrifices in other areas of life, we must also sacrifice our own desires and lives to fully commit to God. This means repenting of sin, changing our mindsets, and presenting ourselves as living, holy sacrifices that are acceptable to God. It's not easy, but there is freedom and victory in Jesus for those who are willing to make the sacrifice. #Sacrifice #Repentance #MinistryMinuteIt Takes Sacrifice | Ministry Minute | EP263Romans 10:9:That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. We all have sinned, we all have made mistakes, but in spite of our imperfections, a perfect God sent His Perfect Son to die for those very imperfect sins, so we can have eternal life. THAT'S REAL LOVE. THAT'S JESUS' LOVE. In order to receive this forgiveness you must confess and repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ into your heart which you can do by saying this prayer wholeheartedly:Dear God,I confess and admit that I am a sinner, and I ask that You please forgive me and save me. I renounce and repent of all my sins, iniquities, and wrongdoings. I confess that Jesus, You are LORD, and I believe with all my heart that You died and rose again. I put my complete faith in Your finished works on the cross and I believe because of Your Blood that was shed, my sins can be forgiven. I ask that You be the Head of my life and the LORD of my life from this day forward, and I ask that You please help me to live for You all the days of my life.In Jesus Name I Pray,Amen.I'm Saved, What's Next:- Be Baptized In Jesus Name- Be Filled With The Holy Ghost- Live A Holy LifeJesus Is Soon To Return— BE READY!!#Christianity #Christian #Jesus #Bible #God #Faith #JesusChrist #Church #love #Bibleverse #Gospel #prayer #HolySpirit #Godisgood #pray #biblestudy #Scripture #hope #truth #religion #JesusLovesYou #worship #grace #JesusSaves #amen #blessed #Christianlivinghttps://www.joshuahopkinsstudios.com/ministryminute

Joining us today on the podcast is a man the country fell in love with during the Ohio State football team’s National Championship run, TreVeyon Henderson. Time after time, when the pressure was on, TreVeyon along with his OSU teammates stepped up and performed on the field, but more importantly spoke up and shed a light on thier unwavering faith in their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Further, he was even more recently drafted as the 38th overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft to the New England Patirots where he looks forward to what god has in store for this next season of life. However, life hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows for TreVeyon. Like all of us, he is no stranger to suffering being raised in Hopewell, VA and battling depression, anxiety, sleep paralysis, and suicidal ideation. But by the grace of God, when he met Jesus, everything changed! Throughout today’s conversation you’ll be encouraged by TreVeyon’s testimony as well as his heart and passion for the Lord and some of the lessons he’s learned along the way. Above all else, TreVeyon wants one message to ring loud and clear - true VICTORY can only be found in JESUS! When we first come to Christ, we are saved by His grace, through faith (Ephesians 2:8–9). Our salvation is not of ourselves, it is the work and gift of God on our behalf. Yet, strangely, for many Christians, once we are saved through faith, we attempt to live the Christian life in our own strength, ability, wisdom, and resource—we try to be godly, holy, righteous, and pure. But the reality of the Christian life is that we are to ALWAYS live by faith in Christ. The only way we will ever experience freedom, victory, and triumph over sin is when we live by faith in Jesus alone. In this study, Nathan talks about what faith is, how it functions, why it is necessary, and how it applies to Ephesians 5:3–5 in the area of sexuality, purity, and freedom from sin.

Lust is a man's problem, right? Wrong. When we see lust as an exclusively male issue, it leaves Christian women with nowhere to turn when they struggle with the same things. They suffer silently and feel like they will never be free. Jessica Harris has been there, and she has made it her mission to break the silence, banish the shame, and bring women's struggles into the light of God's grace and forgiveness. She understands that when you suffer in silence, you are building a wall of shame between yourself and God that God does not desire for you. Join us as she shows women a road map for restoration that answers the question "Is there grace left for me?" with a resounding and emphatic "Yes!"Become a Parshall Partner: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/inthemarket/partnersSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In John 19:30, we read about Jesus' final words on the cross, “It is finished.” These final words before death signify the completion of His work on earth, but this isn't the end of His story. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, triumphing over death and sin.As believers, we too have the assurance of victory over death and sin through the resurrection of Jesus. We can boldly face the challenges of life—even the most impossible-seeming situations—knowing that we have victory in Christ Jesus. Try adding weekly Bible reading to your schedule; meditating on God's Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and sharing the Good News with others—all of these are activities that bring us closer to the Lord. Jesus came with to turn our mourning into joy, our despair into hope, and our guilt into eternal life. Our victory flows through Him! By Pastor Shawn Lyons.
Romans says, “the death that Jesus died He died once and for all.” That means no sin is past the blood of Jesus. He died for you. Today, Pastor Bill says you must be hidden in Jesus's blood. Everything you do must be rooted in His word. When you fail, run to the cross; when you succeed, run to the cross; in all aspects of your life, you must run to the cross. Jesus died so you can have new life through Him. Your sins are forgiven, and your life can't be rooted in your failures but in your victory in Jesus.
Claiming Victory in Jesus: Walking in the Power of His Name • Friday Service Website: www.PastorTodd.org To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give As believers, we are not called to walk in defeat, fear, or discouragement. Christ has already won the victory for us, and through Him, we are more than conquerors! But many Christians live beneath their privileges, struggling with doubt, oppression, and spiritual battles because they do not fully understand how to claim victory in Jesus. Today, we will explore how we can walk in victory, what Christ has already accomplished for us, and why this is so essential in our lives. 1. Victory Through Christ's Finished Work on the Cross Colossians 2:13-15 (NKJV) “And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” 2. Victory Through Faith in Jesus Christ 1 John 5:4-5 (NKJV) “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” 3. Victory Over Fear and Anxiety 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV) “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 4. Victory Over Sin Romans 6:14 (NKJV) “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.” 5. Victory Over the Enemy Luke 10:19 (NKJV) “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” 6. Victory Through the Armor of God Ephesians 6:11-12 (NKJV) “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” 7. Victory Through the Blood of the Lamb Revelation 12:11 (NKJV) “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” 8. Victory Over Discouragement Joshua 1:9 (NKJV) “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” 9. Victory Over Death 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) “But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 10. Victory Through Endurance and Faithfulness Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Claiming Your Victory in Jesus

Christus Victor: Victory in JesusColossians EphesiansMarch 9th. 2025Atonement (At-One-Ment) is a theological term used to describe the reconciliation between God and Creation. The Agent of At-One-Ment was life, death and resurrection of Jesus. The Motive for the At-One-Ment was love. John 3:16-17 (NIV) 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish (die) but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” The Objective of the At-One-Ment was to destroy the works of Satan. 1 John 3:8b “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work.” Christus VictorAn element of the atoning work of Christ that emphasizes the triumph of Christ over the evil powers of the world, through which he rescues his people and establishes a new relationship between God and the world. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this. John 10:9-11 (NIV) 9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He is the head over every power and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self, ruled by the flesh, was put off when you were circumcised by Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. 13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ.
