Emotions are not just something that passes through us. Our emotions are much more valuable than just a fleeting thing, they are in fact a guiding post of where we are in any area of our life. Emotions are triggered by the meaning we assign to things. Many of our emotions are processed through our safety and place in the world - the conditions of our current world do not create a safe place for us to exist outside of the norms. When we want something outside of the norm our emotions give rise to the awareness of this. Learning to understand what our emotions are telling us is key to living an extraordinary life.
