Livingston Parish's budget drama continues!
Their last meeting was the first time the Livingston Library board voted to remove five vulgar books from the children's section. Will the Livingston Parish Council punish their desire to protect children?
The Leftists are hair-on-fire crazy that someone would DARE to cut the library's budget in Livingston Parish. The only problem? It's a LIE! The library's budget actually went UP!

Here we go again. Secretary of State Nancy Landry is doing a fantastic job here in Louisiana. However, the 'election integrity' crowd is at it again. This time, they're digging up an old 'concern' we've already addressed multiple times. However, instead of telling you they're wrong (which they are), I'll take you through the process I used to prove it... again.

If, like me, you intrinsically feel that all of these political "anti-censorship" organizations that have popped up over the last few years seem connected... you're right.
Parents send their children to school to learn academic subjects, not to be influenced by political activists or social justice warriors. Although dubbed the "Don't say gay bill" by the agenda-driven Leftist press, parents believe that HB122 is a sensible approach to prevent public school employees from promoting their personal adult sexual preferences with students. Check out this school employee who's so angry about this restriction that she's threatening lawsuits if the bill passes (which it has).
In the last video, I teased a possible montage of the "did you know" questions from the most recent special session. Well, here's just a half-day's worth!
After a long day, Rep Mark Wright suggested that the only purpose for all of those questions was to create sound bites for Twitter. Was he right? Watch and decide for yourself.

Way back in September of this year, Frank Pavone addressed members and guests at our Champions of Change banquet. Although we had a sizable crowd, it was certainly not possible for every person who follows us to attend. Thankfully, Fr. Frank recorded his remarks on video so that all of our friends can get caught up.

Surprise! A few weeks ago, the Lafayette Library Board passed a policy update that changes everything - and the wokies didn't even notice!
I keep telling you that these people are first-rate hypocrites. Maybe you want proof. Well, here you go. Last week, Citizens for a New Louisiana got called out by the American Library Association for being responsible for censorship! When we tried to respond publicly, THEY CENSORED IT! What a bunch of agenda-driven political hacks!
In Lafayette, the most controversial thing going on right now is... the Library's summer reading program. No. Seriously.
Several local RPECs (Republican Parish Executive Committees) have taken up a resolution supporting a veto override for Louisiana's US Congressional districts. This is very odd behavior. The reason seems to be because the State Republican Party hasn't taken up the cause, and neither has any US Congressman in Louisiana. So, it's up to the fraud squad to press the Republican legislators to support this effort another way.
John Bel Edwards has done it again. He has bucked legislative oversight of the Louisiana Department of Health, and all by his lonesome, decided what medical procedures your children will be required to have if they plan to move about in pubic. This is a HUGE overreach of government, and Attorney General Jeff Landry is doing what he can. However, there's more that can be done, and in a much shorter timeframe than a year and a half in the court system.
Representative Mike Echols just mopped the floor with Louisiana Department of Health's Dr. Joseph Kanter. Echols artfully extracts all of the hidden tyrannies that Kantor and JBE have been planning to make Louisianan's lives miserable. Check it out...
