After a little hiatus, the guys get caught up on some of the big topics in golf from the last couple of weeks. JT was a big topic, of course, after his recent win at RBC Heritage and his loyal fans on our podcast. We touch on the legitimacy of the Zurich 2-man event. We also get into Scottie's big win at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson. Some of the numbers are scary good! There was some venue discussions regarding all of the events in TX and look at improving some the venue quality on tour. The show caps off with our picks for this week's Truist Championship in Philly and even a small caddie change discussion happens after some recent changes on tour.

We called it! What a Masters! Rory McIlroy finally gets it done and wins the Grand Slam. We break down all of the drama and story lines from the weekend. Does this lift some pressure on Rory for him to win a bunch more? Where will he stand all-time when he's done? We talk about a few of the other players of note from Augusta. The show ends with our picks for this week's signature event at the RBC Heritage.

Quite a week at The Players Championship but first the boys get into some deep, big picture items as it relates to the game of golf after a recent golf conference in Richmond. They then breakdown Rory's win and actions at The Players. One of our hosts thinks players on Tour are soft these days. After that aside the get more in-depth with the actual golf and club selection from JJ Spaun during the playoff. We also discuss the golf course and why we think it is so good. We finish with our picks for the Valspar Championship.

We start off the show discussing Russell Henley and his win at the API this past weekend. There are some other talking points that we get into based on storylines coming out of the event. JT being back in the top 10 gets us debating the most talented players in the game and how JT compares to them, even some of his good buddies. Collin Morikawa skipped out of any media interviews after loosing at Bay Hill and then doubles down by saying he doesn't owe anyone anything. It makes one of our hosts hot and we debate how the players should handle these situations, especially in the day and age of engaging more to grow the professional game. Jay Monahan had some newsworthy items in his press conference as it relates to pace of play and LIV golf. We then look into the Ryder Cup standings as we head into an important stretch before Bethpage. The show finishes with our picks and preview of The Players Championship.

Look at us, back-to-back weeks with a show! The show starts with a mini-tech talk regarding clubs before we get into the Mexico Open and the contrasting styles of Brian Campbell and Aldrich Potgieter. TGL was on live as we were recording so we discussed some on-going thoughts regarding the competition and product. Full Swing season 3 is now out, will you watch? We also chat about comments from Lucas Glover that has legs on social media about banning AimPoint. Some pace of play and rangefinder talk creeps in there as well. In the vein of Seinfeld, this was the show about nothing. We went a different direction and had no show agenda. We just let the golf discussions go as they would sitting around the table with a beer after a round of golf. TGL is discussed as well as our own personal games. Happy New Year folks! We are back to kick off 2025. The guys start off the show discussing some of the topics that came from Hideki's record win at Kapalua. We have a personal connection to Max Homa's new swing coach and we give a little more background on him. We then get into the debut of TGL and breakdown their debut night. What did we like? We do we think needs to change? Is Tiger the only way golf will be popular? Since it is the season kickoff show, we had to make some predictions and discuss some storylines for the year. After a couple of weeks off, the boys get into a few of the golf headlines that have popped up in that time. This is our last show of 2024 and one of the hosts was a bit of a Grinch as it relates to the world of golf and much of what is happening. Another Presidents Cup in the books and a similar story. We break down the action from another American victory. We discuss some the players, matches, and drama that unfolded. Who performed well? Who performed poorly? The captains and their roles are discussed. Will Keegan's inclusion as a player help him out next year as the Ryder Cup captain? There are a few other notes from around the world of golf and Mike is back with another "Masshole Minute". What is he fired up about now? We then make our picks for this week's Sanderson Farms event on the PGA Tour.

After an off week for the boys, we are back to discuss a lot of topics in the world of golf from tours all around the globe. We start discussing Rory and his close calls recently on the DP World Tour. We then get into a few LIV topics as they played back-to-back weeks to determine their titles. A "Masshole Minute" makes a return thanks to comments by Jon Rahm. There is a short chat about the Solheim Cup and US Mid-Am after we had boots on the ground for both events. We then finish by previewing and making our picks for this week's Presidents Cup.

After a week off, we are back to discuss the season finale. Scottie Scheffler is crowned FedEx Cup champion after a tremendous season. How good was this season? Where does it rank in recent years? We discuss his year and his dominance. Did he actually make too much money this year? We touch on a few other topics surrounding the Tour Championship and adjacent topics. We then get into the Captain's picks for this year's Presidents Cup. Who got snubbed? We cap the show with our picks for the Fall Series event this week in California.

We discuss a lot of different "Cups" on today's show. We start off with Keegan Bradley's win at the BMW in Denver. We get into the cut line of the top 30 in the FedEx Cup playoffs as well. There is a session complaining about the rules of golf after Matt Fitzpatrick is denied a new driver head after his cracks. We then get into the President's Cup teams, standings and potential captain's picks, which lead into a Ryder Cup discussion surrounding Keegan's captaincy. We touch on Lydia Ko's in at St. Andrews real fast before we make our picks for the Tour Championship this week.

Had a couple of guests to start off the show this week. Jordan Utley and John Rosenstock have both recently qualfied for the US Mid-Am in their hometown, so we get a chance to talk about the experience so far and how did they get it done! Make sure to root them on! Jay and Mike then do a stripped down version of their normal routine afterwards to talk Hideki, Presidents Cup, LIV and some other note worthy golf items. They finish the show with their picks for the BMW Championship this week in Colorado.

We get into the regular season finale at the Wyndham Championship and an eventful final round. Aaron Rai gets his first win on the PGA Tour and sneaky has some amazing strokes gained data. Max Greyserman comes close but has a tough stretch on the back nine that hopefully he can take some positives from. We then get into the curious and bizare case of Matt Kuchar electing to not finish his round on Sunday and his the only player to come back. After Lydia Ko gets into the LPGA Hall of Fame on points, we discuss the merits of this system versus a committee vote. We glace at the FedEx Cup bubble watch after a brief look at this week's US Amateur that is goin on. The show finishes with our picks for the FedEx St. Jude Championship.

It was an adventourous episode for the boys. There were a wide variety of topics discussed this week and not always golf. We do get in-depth on the Olympic competition of course with Scottie's impressive comeback. We talk about what happened to Rahm as well. Some of the other competitors are discussed along with getting into a discussion on Jack and Arnie. We do some forecasting on Rory McIlroy's future. There is even some basketball talk and gymnastics talk as well. Who ever would have thought Larry Bird and Simone Biles get brought up on the same golf podcast? The show finishes with our picks for this week's regular season finale at the Wyndham Championship.

It's Olympic week! We start off getting into a few topics based on some of our own local golf happenings and personal experiences. We then get into the 3M Open and how a tour player can be so close even though the results may not say so. It change quickly for these guys as things are so tight on tour and a few shots here or there mean a lot! We talk about some of the slowest guys on tour as well. There is a little LIV discussion coming off of Jon Rahm's victory. We then talk about the Olympic format before making our picks for this week's event.

There were two big golf opens this past weekend. We start off with a breakdown of the State Open of Virginia after our own Jay Woodson went on a Sunday charge to make things very interesting. Great playing Jay! We then get into The Open Championship and Xander winning another major in quick fashion. We discuss some amazing stats to show off his consistency and lack of a weakness in his game. His major record is impressive but how will he major career stack up against some of his peers. We finish off the show with our picks for this week's 3M Open.

It's coffee golf season! We breakdown Bob MacIntyre's big win on home soil in Scotland. We discuss he great break and sprinkler head ruling on #16 that lead to the eagle. We touch on a few of the other contenders. The recent success of college players and amateurs has been impressive. Why have the tides shifted in "prime" age on tour now? Keegan Bradley was named Ryder Cup Captain last week and we chat about our thoughts on the outside of the box pick. We then get into our preview and picks for The Open Championship.

The US Mid-Am is coming to Kinloch Golf Club in September and Mike was invited to join their Media Day held a couple of months ago. Mike was able to get some short sit down interviews with Vinny Giles, Stew Hagestad, Evan Beck, Bill McCarthy and Mike Crowley. With some summer vacations on tap for the guys, we thought this would be a nice change of pace from our typical shows. Hope you enjoy!

Bryson gets another US Open championship in dramatic fashion over Rory McIlroy. We breakdown all of the action from the last major. What were the key moments and shots that defined a tremendous finish? We touch on Rory and how this will affect him moving forward. Should he have spoken to the media afterwards? The crowds are now behind Bryson but is he really a changed person? The USGA setup the golf course awesome and we discuss our thoughts on how we thought it played. We touch on the Murifield Village a little bit and avoid another course design/ rollback argument this time. We breifly discuss some crazy comebacks for women around the world. There is then a lengthy breakdown of Pinehurst No. 2 and some thoughts regarding this week's US Open before we make our DraftKings picks.

Big shot Bob gets it done in Canada. We start the show discussing his win at the RBC Canadian Open along with Yuka Saso's victory at the US Women's Open. Then we get into the main topic stemming from Jay's appearance in US Open Final qualifying and the "Longest Day in Golf." Jay gives us a breakdown of the day and playing with Marc Leishman. This gets us into a little LIV discussion based on some things Marc said to Jay. Of course, a rollback debate breaks out again after the stories Jay tells about his other playing opponent. We cap the show with our picks for this week's Memorial Tournament at Jack's place.

We start with the sad news regarding Grayson Murray and his passing. We then get into the Charles Schwab Challenge and Davis Riley's first individual title on the PGA Tour. There is a little golf course architecture discussion, mixed in with chats regarding Scottie, Collin Morikawa and Rory's driving. Some of the legal matters and videos surrounding Scottie were also broken down. Will the charges be dropped soon?? Another big announcement was made in the world of golf with Lexi Thompson retiring from the LPGA at the end of the season. We also try to educate the listeners on tournament preparations and how to get ready for an event. The show finishes with our weekly DraftKings picks for this week's RBC Canadian Open.

What a week at the PGA! Xander gets his first major title and silences the critics who said he couldn't win a big one. How many can he win now? We then get into some of the other contenders. Big news for one of our guys to start off the show! That news leads us down a short rabbit hole to discuss course architects. Also, one of us acted an actual member of the media today at an event. We then get into Rory's impressive final round to win at Wells Fargo again. We touch on Xander and where him and Rory stack up against some of the other best players in the world as we lead into the PGA Championship. How does Rory winning the week before a major and the divorce announcement affect his chances this week. We break down the TIO situation with Xander as well from the first round. Some PGA Tour politics are discussed before a few tips of the caps for some great performances over the last week. We then cap the show with our picks for this week's PGA Championship

We have a couple of weeks to catch up on. We start with a little talk about the Zurich 2-man event. Then we get into the recent CJ Cup and dramatic turnaround on the last hole with Taylor Pendrith and Ben Kohles. There is a self-talk and psychology discussion based on some comments from Kohles after the round. Are these guys being honest with themselves? The second half of the show centers around a bunch of LIV topics coming off of their last two events. Some guys continue to make dumb comments but the PGA of America bails them out with some special exemptions into the PGA Championship. Tough night for technology for the guys but we powered through to discuss all things golf this week. This is just what the LPGA needs and hopefully there is some residual success they can get like women's basketball got with Caitlin Clark. Slow play was a big topic coming out of the LPGA event but it is really a problem in all of professional golf. How do we fix it to help attract younger viewers? We briefly touch on a few Korn Ferry Tour topics after a 15-year old shined and made the cut. We loose McLean but finish the show with our picks for this week's 2-man Zurich Classic.

We breakdown his performance, his game, and his persona. We dive deep and do our best to find new ways to explain his great greatness. Is Scottie dominating good for golf? The mule-lord himself, Peter Malnati gets it done at the Valspar this past weekend. We discuss his unusual game for today's day and age, as well as how it's just about getting it in the hole. It is a true underdog story! We also discuss Cameron Young's close call again and whether or not he will ever get that first win on the PGA Tour. We get into a putting conversation on the heels of JT's epically bad putting performance in the third round. Scottie Scheffler may not lose again after doing what no man has done before- back-to-back Players Championships. We discuss all things Scottie after his amazing performance and touch on the other contenders- Wyndham Clark and Xander Schauffele. We even dive into a few instructions and game improvement topics based on our discussion of all three of them. Hopefully you can take something away to help out your game. We touch on the course and NBC coverage from this past weekend. There was a meeting of players and the PIF down in Bermuda that we chat about very briefly before we make our picks for this week's Valspar Championship.

Uh Oh! The PGA Tour better look out because Scottie learned to putt... maybe. Is this the new Scottie or just a honeymoon-phase with a new putter? How many wins could he have this week if the continues to putt this well? We get into his win at Bay Hill as well as Rory's recent play, and the Wyndham Clark controversy as well. We are back, but a day late! The PGA Tour ended with a Monday finish due to more weather issues and another longshot winner. We discuss Austin Eckroat and his first victory a little. Also, we give our thoughts on the course setup this week. Does the PGA Tour need more fireworks this year? It has been a slow start to the season with the big names not performing. Is this because of LIV, as Paul Azinger says it is? We break that down as well as the OWGR discussion that still hangs over every LIV event. The boys then talk AK's return and what is to come for him. Lastly, we make our DraftKings picks for this week's Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill.

Jake Knapp becomes a star down in Mexico. Are there big things to come with him or a flash in the pan? We breakdown his win in Mexico before getting into a load of news and notes around the world of golf. Most of the news is LIV related with Anthony Kim officially making is comeback this week. We also get into Jon Rahm and his recent interview with ESPN. The Masters gives out a couple special invitations including a LIV player. Mike goes on a "Masshole Minute" based on two LIV crybabies and their delusional complaints about the OWGR still. We briefly touch on the latest edition of the The Match prior to making our picks for Palm Beach this week.

Hideki shines in LA on his way to a final round 62 to win the Genesis by 3-shots. We breakdown his game and performance along with many of the contenders. Will Zalatoris seems to be back after a great week and the putting looks much better. We discuss the games and likeability of Cantlay and Xander, before getting into Scottie's putting once again. It is time to make a change after the same story again with him. There is a brief handicap argument over Jay's sandbagging. Then we talk about Tiger's WD and Spieth's DQ from the past weekend. Does the punishment fit the crime with Spieth or does the process need to change on tour? We finish by giving our picks for this week's Mexico Open.

Has the WM Phoenix Open gone too far? We discuss Nick Taylor's playoff victory as well as other top contenders in the field. We then get into some of the issues facing the WM Open if things keep getting out of control and players get upset. Some details come out about the "equity" the players will hold in the new PGA Tour Enterprises but we seem to have more questions than answers like always. LIV Vegas is discussed and the players effort is questioned after DJ's recent comments. The KFT Tour had two sub-60 rounds last week but do they count because of the course? We then breakdown Tiger's new clothing line and give our thoughts on his game this week. As usual, we cap off the show with our picks for the Genesis Invitational.

Pebble Beach week was a little disappointing as weather ruined what could have been a huge week on the PGA Tour. We breakdown Wyndham Clark's game after his third win in less than a year, with a fantastic "final round" 60 on Saturday. We discuss a few of the other contenders from the week and really want to know how to say Ludvig Aberg's name. The PGA Tour finally announced their deal with the SSG, so we discuss and still have more questions than answers at this point. Will the PIF deal happen? Are the top players on the same page? We give our thoughts on all the inner workings and what may come about in the future with LIV and the PIF. We do discuss the LIV event in Mexico after they were able to take center stage with no golf on Sunday. Did people watch and care? We cap the show with our picks for this week's WM Phoenix Open.

Another week in Hawaii and another redemption story. This time it is Greyson Murray getting the win after battling his own personal issues. We chat about his checkered past as well as his win.
