TNA Impact 7/30/26 was one of those shows, folks — a little crazy, a little messy, and then suddenly excellent when Jason Hotch shocked Mustafa Ali to win the TNA International Championship. Tremendous title change, great moment, streamers, family in the ring — that was the stuff.Leon Slater & Ricky Sosa beat The System in a strong opener, and Slater immediately demanded another crack at Cedric Alexander for the TNA X-Division Title inside a cage at Lockdown. Indi Hartwell vs Thea Hail in the Knockouts Television Title tournament was rough. KC Navarro had a good fighting-babyface promo before The System jumped him and Fabian Aichner helped even the odds.DemonXBunny vs The Elegance Brand for the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles was an absolute mess with a DQ finish after Allie used the belt. The Hardys came out with goat masks, Nic and Ryan Nemeth showed up talking big, and Santino Marella made The Hardys vs The Nemeths official. Jada Stone beat Jody Threat in another tournament match, and then Hotch finished the night with the upset of the show.If you want the full TNA Impact 7/30/26 breakdown in under 10 minutes, this is it.Visit our website ➡️➡️➡️ https://www.majesticproduction.com/Watch our full podcast here ➡️➡️➡️ anchor.fm/majestic-production

Sixteen years after last sharing a table together, four Stratfor alumni reunite for a wide-ranging conversation on the decade ahead. Jacob and Marko are joined by Peter Zeihan, and Matt Gertken to tackle three questions: How does the world end in the next 10 years? What core belief could each of us get wrong? And what's the least expected, most likely thing to happen next? The conversation ranges from deglobalization and collapsing oil supply chains to the demographic cliff facing the developed world, the odds of deflation versus inflation in the 2030s, and whether the global order ends up multipolar, bipolar, or unipolar. They also debate the odds of a US-China clash over Taiwan, and whether the nation-state can survive a coming showdown with the tech companies and billionaires who increasingly control critical infrastructure - including orbit.--Timestamps:(00:00) - Welcome and Setup(02:05) - Reunion at the Table(03:11) - Episode Premise and Format(04:22) - Zeihan on Deglobalization(06:42) - Energy Shock Fallout(08:52) - Demographics and Demand Crash(11:03) - Deflation vs Inflation Debate(16:25) - Drone Warfare Dark Turn(18:21) - Semiconductors Reality Check(27:27) - Marco Goes Nuclear(30:10) - Russia Collapse Scenarios(33:18) - Nukes Spread and Ukraine Endgame(35:31) - Supply Chain Shockwaves(36:34) - Putin Hell Bar Joke(37:18) - Europe Expansion Debate(39:26) - EU Becomes Military Union(40:37) - Post Putin Chaos Risks(43:08) - Russian Elite Succession(44:27) - Civil War Nuclear Fear(47:34) - China Fills The Vacuum(52:26) - Taiwan Timeline Scenario(53:59) - Drones Nukes And Invasion(56:43) - Deterrence And Flashpoints(01:03:34) - China Demographics Clash(01:05:15) - Depopulation Not Disaster(01:06:14) - Black Plague Lessons(01:07:11) - Automation Versus Depopulation(01:07:22) - Japan China Depopulation Debate(01:09:31) - End of Nation State(01:11:18) - Shocks and State Capacity(01:12:04) - Broken World of More(01:13:07) - Knowledge Networks Collapse(01:14:31) - Affluence Feudalism Demand(01:16:51) - Brittle AI Chip Supply(01:21:39) - Ingenuity Gap Reversal(01:23:34) - Rapid Fire Predictions(01:35:47) - State Versus Tech Showdown(01:40:24) - Wrap and Break--Referenced in the Show:https://zeihan.com/--Jacob Shapiro Site: jacobshapiro.comJacob Shapiro LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/jacob-l-s-a9337416Jacob Twitter: x.com/JacobShapJacob Shapiro Substack: jashap.substack.com/subscribe --The Jacob Shapiro Show is produced and edited by Audiographies LLC. Start spreading the news… because the U.S. national championship for track and field has officially landed on the East Coast, taking over Randall's Island and Icahn Stadium for the next four days of action. As the sun set over the Harlem River, U.S. titles were handed out in the men's and women's 10,000m, men's long jump and hammer throw, and women's javelin. The finals were set in the 1500ms and the steeplechase, and we got our first look at Noah Lyles, Sha'Carri Richardson, and more of the country's best sprinters in the first round of the 100m.The most memorable moment of Day 1 wasn't exactly a feat of history-making speed — it was the 1:39.55 first 400 meters of a ridiculously tactical women's 10,000m final, where the field crawled through halfway over 18 minutes before Sydney Vaught took control and never looked back, covering the second half in 15:21 to break the field and the tape with a 33:30.60 victory. In the men's race, a similarly slow early pace (16:12 through halfway) seemed to be playing perfectly into Grant Fisher's hands, but after he dropped a 60-second lap with 4k to go to winnow his rivals down to Drew Bosley and Woody Kincaid, the pace over the final laps slacked just enough that Kincaid was able to uncork his signature finishing speed to lethal effect, closing in 25.95 for the final 200m to beat Fisher to the line, 30:13.66 to 30:14.66. While Fisher has two Olympic medals, he only has one U.S. 10,000m title, and Kincaid picks up his third at the age of 33.Despite a relatively light program, there was plenty of drama in the middle-distance prelims, as pre-race contenders like Sam Prakel and Gracie Morris found themselves on the wrong side of the time cutoffs in the men's and women's 1500m, respectively. Nikki Hiltz had no problem advancing to the final in their heat in pursuit of a fourth straight U.S. outdoor title, and Andy Powell disciples had a romp of a time with the men's heats, as four of the twelve finalists are current or former UW Huskies. The biggest shock of the day came in the men's steeple prelims, because for the first time since 2022 there will be a new national champion. Kenneth Rooks failed to advance to the final after a spotty 2026 season to date, which opens the door for someone like Parker Stokes, who led all qualifiers, or last year's third-placer Benard Keter to claim the title. Our YouTube channel is full of mixed-zone interviews with all the top athletes. Make sure to follow along on Twitter, Instagram, and Bluesky as we continue to bring you live action as the weekend of running, jumping, and throwing continues.

They discuss why this shock is more multi-layered than past crises and how India's resilience is being challenged even as government support, infrastructure spending, and private-sector cost absorption continue to provide buffers. The conversation also explores how India is using the crisis to accelerate longer-term reforms in energy security, industrial policy, and global trade strategy. From diversifying oil and gas suppliers and expanding storage capacity to leveraging free trade agreements, production-linked incentives, renewables, nuclear, and domestic exploration, the episode frames the current moment not only as a test of resilience but as a potential catalyst for India's next phase of transformation.

Headline: The Great Divergence and Geopolitical Climate Shocks Guest: Professor Peter Frankopan Book Title:The Earth Transformed: An Untold History The "Great Divergence" explains why Europe accelerated in science and technology over Asia despite the latter's long history of learning. Frankopan suggests that geography played a crucial role; for example, England's coal fields were located near its capital and waterways, whereas China's were far from its population centers, making exploitation expensive. Additionally, while China's efficient bureaucracy stifled new ideas, European competition and the exploitation of colonial resources provided a "kickstart" for industrialization. Climate shocks also played a role; the Bengal famine in the 1770s shattered state revenues and destroyed families. A specific instance of climate impacting geopolitics occurred after the 1783 Laki eruption. As the Ottoman Empire struggled with internal disorder and crop failure in Egypt, Catherine the Great seized the opportunity to annex Crimea. This highlights how ecological pressures can distract major powers, allowing rivals to redraw global maps. (6)1900 JULIAETTA IDAHO

Donald Trump was all set to sign a bill passed by Congress that's designed to reduce housing costs for the American people. But an angry Trump abruptly canceled the signing and blurted out a demand that Republicans pass voter suppression legislation instead. This surprised Trump's own advisers and shocked Republicans in Congress. Why? They apparently couldn't fathom that he'd so openly prioritize disenfranchising voters over helping Americans overcome their economic travails. We talked about all of it with Salon's Amanda Marcotte, author of a new piece on Trump's narcissism as the through line for many recent follies. We discuss now Trump's pathological self-regard led right to this moment, why this voter suppression effort would likely backfire on Trump if it were to pass, and what's likely to come next as Republicans seek to flatter their way out of this latest impasse.  Looking for More from the DSR Network?
