Tomorrow is the release of "Hotter in the Hamptons" and I am so excited for all of you to read it.  I am headed out on book tour so this is my last new episode until I am back for the live show on 5/14.  Today I am giving you some of my favorite things from April books, shows, gadgets, and more.  We end with a full round up of all the current Bravo shows I am watching.

Back by popular demand is holistic dating coach Amy Nobile Messing, for an update on our work together.  In our first episode we dove deep into my dating profile, and after Amy took me on as a client.  We are here to not only talk more about dating, but give you the full update of where my very own dating life stands a few months later (flaws and all).

As always I love your calls, but todays first two callers really set the tone for the show.  First we talk with a woman who lost her virginity to a man she was into, but turns out he was married.  Then a caller shares an unimaginable pain, and how her fiancé's family was down right gross in their response.

Today I welcome actor, comedian, podcaster, and most of all friend, Esther Povitsky.  This one has been long in the works and we dive right into Esther's day to day navigating life as a new mother while balancing a career.  Also we talk about it all the time, and Esther gives us incite into friendships and how they evolve post motherhood.

Less than 2 weeks until "Hotter in the Hamptons" hits book shelves, and I can't wait to see you all as I get ready to head out on tour.  We start off the calls with someone who needs help navigating a male dominated corporate environment.  Then talk to someone who has been in a 19 year relationship, and went into his phone while he was sleeping.  What she found has her confused on what to do next.

I am back from Coachella and I have a full update for all of you including my fav performances.  While at Coachella I was really feeling myself, and it got me thinking about how this positive mindset and feeling "hot" came later in life.  So I want to talk about my experience of being a late bloomer, and hopefully my fellow late bloomers all feel seen.

Today we are revisiting one of my fav episodes, with Sarah Hoover talking all about her incredible memoir, "The Motherload: Episodes From The Brink Of Motherhood".  We have an honest conversation about the life-changing experience of motherhood, while pushing back against the rosy narrative we've been sold.  Whether you are a mom, about to become a mom, or thinking about becoming a mom, this episode is for you!

I have survived Coachella and transporting a singular cat across the country, and as I recover mentally and physically, I was in no way prepared for the headlining call today.  A woman calls and asks the age old question, "to send a hey girly text or not ?".  I rarely (if ever) say yes, but in this case I make an exception.  You need to hear this less than mediocre man story to believe it!

As promised here is a special release of Office Hours on a Monday!  This week I welcome my friend, NYT best-selling author, social media creator, and open book Jake Cohen.  Jake has written books about food, has a show about food, his social media focuses on food, but this conversation is about all things dating.  From the gay dating scene, orgies, and exclusive clubs, to the simple and fundamental realization “if he isn't obsessed with you, then what's the point?”.  We get into everything Jake is going through as a single man in the scene.

I know you are expecting an Office Hours episode today, BUT I couldn't wait until Monday to talk about the "White Lotus" finale.  Everyone is breaking down every turn & outcome, but what I am obsessed with is the female friendship storyline.  I take these three women who I have loved watching so much (flaws & all), and apply my theories to them.

Coachella is upon us, and I couldn't be more excited to get out to the desert.  Every year I wonder if I want to go back the following year, and I found out the answer is always YES, I do.  Also I haven't done it in a while so I am bringing you some of my favorite products, places, and things from the month of March.

I have been talking about doing this episode for a while, so I am finally happy to bring you the friendship episode. Who better to join me than my real life bestie, Jyoti!  We are talking the splinter era, kids, distance, and every single factor/pressure we feel as women on our friendships later in life.  It doesn't matter at what age or what the circumstances are there is no excuse to not show up for a friend, and we want everyone to know it!

Some stuff you will learn today if you didn't already know about me.  I hate bad texters, I am into season 3 of "White Lotus", and I love a potato in most every form.  Also some AMA from you including a bridesmaid who feels uncomfortable about the amount of trash a fellow bridesmaid is talking about her, how to re-ignite the crush list, and more!

Just some of the usuals at the top including carbs & birth control.  Then I get into something that I feel very strongly about, the social media groups "Are We Dating the Same Guy?".  I am vehemently opposed to them, they do us women no good, and they never work the way we intend them to against horrible men.  That said let this be a reminder, living well is truly the best revenge.

Back by popular demand, it is my bestie, my ride or die, my go to for a Tuesday night martini....PIG!  We had so much fun the first time, that I welcome Pig back for round 2.  We play a fun game in which we decide if we are hooking up with a potential suitor or running far far away. Then give you a peak behind the curtain of our weird, wild, and incredible friendship. 

Well I haven't said it too many times, BUT we have a first!  We start off with a caller who works for a major corporation in which hugging is prevalent.  She explains not only between friends and co-workers, but direct reports and managers, HUGGING....AT WORK!  Oh and some outfit suggestions for a rage weekend in Miami, and a 22 year old who is deciding whether to take the leap of faith and move to NY.

When your best friend asks for a redo guesting appearance, you give it to him.  Today I welcome Lucas for his second appearance on the pod.  No one knows me better than him and we discuss dating, doggy, DJ'ing, and more.  So here is hoping you love this episode as much I did recording it....because I don't know if I will let him back for a 3rd try.

Hey all I am so pumped to get away to Miami this weekend, thanks to everyone who DM'ed Pig and forced him into joining me!  Todays show brought a heart breaking call from a woman who's BF of 3 years was using some down right nasty tactics to end things.  I do what I can to convince her to forget closure, and cut ties.  I genuinely can't wait for an update months from now when I know she will be thriving.  Oh and some wedding etiquette, fatal flaw friend theory to round it all out.  

Soooo, I am a touch hungover after taping my live event with an incredible group of listeners.  Shoutout again to Patron for putting it together, and the bonus episode drops this Thursday.Ok now onto what I want to talk about today.  I have an article about a woman who caught her husband watching CORN, and she lost her mind. I weigh in on CORN and why it shouldn't necessarily be viewed as something negative.  

This week I welcome editor in chief of Cosmo and Seventeen magazines, Willa Bennett.  Willa and I bonded over pancakes in NYC, and this interview was a long time coming.  She tells us what it is like to take on 2 of the most iconic titles in magazine publishing, especially how to deal with the celebrity talent she features.  Oh and most importantly we bond over above all else, there is nothing more important than the girlie group chat.

I got an AMA on Instagram Monday that had my inbox blowing up.  A girl said she was asked to sit out the remainder of a bachelorette party, and disinvited from the wedding for throwing up after a hard night of partying.  I weighed in with the facts I had, but today someone else from the party called in to tell the other side of the story.  It's a wild follow up!

Spring is upon us and as we emerge from hibernation, "Self Worship Spring" is here!  I am exploring 3 specific areas that I can focus on to improve myself as the weather warms up, and it's time to have some fun again!

I start off the show discussing friendships in the "splinter era" and apparently that struck a chord in everyone listening out there, as you called in with your takes on friendship dynamics through the years.  Advice is doled out to someone whose boyfriend threw up in her bed, and then proceeded to yell at her.  We need to be better, especially to ourselves, and that starts with choosing the right partner.  Finally weight loss and better self esteem are NOT mutually exclusive, as I talk to a caller who can't stop the negative self talk

Today I want to use a very recent “controversy” to help illustrate how we need to be better to one another as women.  I speak it, I preach it, I practice it…women on women crime is at an all time high, and we need to do better.

This week holistic dating coach, Amy Nobile Messing takes us on a guided tour of all the good and bad of dating.  We get some hard truths about chemistry, second dates, and what to shut about early on in the process.  Then in a moment of vulnerability I open up my phone and hand over my dating profile to Amy, so she can give you a live play by play of what I myself am doing wrong.This episode is perfectly timed for V-Day, as all of us single out there need a reminder that the dating scene is scary, but it doesn't mean we should be down on ourselves!
