Além de diretor técnico do SIECESC Carvão+, Zanuz também atua como diretor administrativo e financeiro da SATC e integra o Grupo Técnico de Assessoramento (GTA) do SIECESC, reunindo ampla experiência na área. As ACPs do carvão são processos judiciais que tratam das áreas impactadas pela mineração, estabelecendo diretrizes para a recuperação ambiental e o uso do solo. Em determinadas situações, é possível a antecipação de uso dessas áreas, desde que sejam atendidos critérios técnicos, ambientais e legais, assunto que será detalhado durante a apresentação na Câmara. O tema é considerado estratégico para o planejamento urbano e envolve diretamente proprietários de imóveis, profissionais das áreas ambiental e da construção civil, além do setor de loteamentos. A engenheira ambiental e sanitarista do município, Taise Fortunato, destacou a importância da população acompanhar a discussão, ressaltando que o assunto tem impacto direto no futuro do crescimento urbano de Lauro Müller.

This is a big, huge, revealing talk with Chris Noth. Chris is an actor. He played Detective Mike Logan on Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Peter Florrick on The Good Wife, and William Bishop on The Equalizer. He was nominated for Golden Globe awards for Sex and the City and for The Good Wife. He's best known as Mr. Big in the HBO series Sex and the City, the Sex and the City movies that came later, and (spoiler alert) one episode of the follow-up series And Just Like That. Mr. Big, of course, was the, well, let's just call him the somewhat unattainable love interest of the main character, Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker. In case you're not aware, there's been a lot of, I guess we can call it, drama, surrounding Sex & the City. There have been rumors of tension between SJP and Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha, and there's been a bunch of criticism surrounding some of the characters and plotlines in the original series and the reboot, And Just Like That. But the biggest drama is surrounding Chris Noth. In 2021, there were several sexual assault allegations against Chris published in THR and The Daily Beast. He was never criminally charged and said at the time that it wasn't true, but there was an immediate impact. He was written off The Equalizer, for starters. Soon after, Sarah Jessica Parker and her SATC castmates, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, put out a public statement about the situation. I read it to you so you know exactly what we're talking about when Chris and I get into this. OK, so. After that, his lawyers told him to not say anything. So he stopped talking publicly. Já está em vigor a flexibilização que autoriza o uso de terrenos localizados em áreas densamente urbanizadas e abrangidas pela Ação Civil Pública do Carvão (ACP do Carvão). A medida foi definida por consenso no âmbito do Grupo Técnico de Assessoramento à Execução da Sentença (GTA) e estabelece critérios específicos para a liberação dessas áreas. De acordo com a decisão, a permissão contempla exclusivamente a construção e utilização para fins residenciais e de pequenos comércios, desde que os imóveis estejam situados em quadras com índice mínimo de 70% de ocupação já consolidada. A liberação, no entanto, não ocorre de forma automática. O processo prevê um mapeamento completo das áreas envolvidas e começa com uma consulta prévia, na qual será verificado se o interessado se enquadra nos critérios estabelecidos. Na sequência, a demanda é encaminhada à Satc, responsável por identificar e avaliar individualmente se o terreno está inserido nas quadras consideradas aptas para a flexibilização. Para embasar a iniciativa, representantes da indústria carbonífera analisaram experiências internacionais, buscando referências em modelos adotados em outros países, como um projeto desenvolvido no estado da Pensilvânia, nos Estados Unidos. Envolvido com a ACP do Carvão desde 2004, o diretor-técnico do Siecesc-Carvão+, Márcio Zanuz, participou de entrevista no programa desta sexta-feira (23), onde detalhou os objetivos da medida e destacou a importância do equilíbrio entre a recuperação ambiental e a realidade urbana das regiões afetadas.

A Satc inicia o ano de 2026 com um programa especial de Cursos de Verão, oferecendo uma ampla grade de capacitações em formato intensivo. As aulas são realizadas ao longo da semana e têm como objetivo facilitar o acesso de profissionais e estudantes que, durante o ano, enfrentam dificuldades para participar de cursos aos sábados ou em formações com encontros muito espaçados, que acabam se estendendo por longos períodos. As qualificações acontecem entre os meses de janeiro e fevereiro e abrangem áreas como indústria, automação, soldagem, segurança do trabalho, construção civil, vendas, liderança, comunicação e novas tecnologias, com destaque para a aplicação da inteligência artificial no ambiente administrativo. O modelo intensivo foi desenvolvido para tornar o aprendizado mais acessível e eficiente, permitindo que o aluno conclua o curso em um período menor, sem comprometer a profundidade dos conteúdos. A proposta atende especialmente quem trabalha ou estuda durante o ano e não consegue manter uma rotina de aulas nos fins de semana. A programação inclui cursos como Tráfego Pago, Torneiro Mecânico, Operador e Programador de Centro de Usinagem CNC, Soldagem, Instalação Elétrica, Operador de Empilhadeira, NR 35 – Trabalho em Altura, Oratória, Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas, Vendas de Alto Impacto e Inteligência Artificial como Ferramenta Administrativa.
