Tracey Bregman is an American actress. She is best known for the role of Lauren Fenmore on the CBS soap operas The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. Bregman was born in Munich, Germany, to American musical arranger, record producer and composer Buddy Bregman and Canadian-born actress Suzanne Lloyd. She lived in Great Britain until the age of 10 when her family relocated to California. She has been acting since she was 11 years old, and currently resides in Malibu, California. She studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Bregman made her acting debut playing a small part in the 1978 made-for-television movie, Three on a Date. Later that year, she was cast in the NBC daytime soap opera, Days of Our Lives portraying troubled teen, Donna Temple Craig. In 1979, she received Young Artist Award for Best Juvenile Actress in A Daytime Series for her performance in soap. She left the soap in 1980. In 1981, she made her big screen debut starring in the slasher film Happy Birthday to Me. She later starred alongside Jill St. John in the prison drama film The Concrete Jungle (1982) and in the Canadian comedy-drama film, The Funny Farm (1983). On television, she guest-starred on The Littlest Hobo, The Love Boat, Fame, and The Fall Guy. In 1983, Bregman returned to daytime television with the role of Lauren Fenmore in the CBS's The Young and the Restless. Bregman initially believed her role as Lauren would be brief, but after six months the soap offered her a contract and she accepted. When it was introduced in 1985, she was the first actress to be awarded the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series (then known as the "Outstanding Ingenue in a Drama Series"), being nominated for the same award again in 1987 and for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in both 2006 and 2008. In 1992, Bregman brought the character to The Bold and the Beautiful, resulting in her migrating there fully in 1995. In 2000, Bregman returned to The Young and the Restless, remaining on a recurring status. From April to June 2010, while still portraying Lauren, Bregman took on double-duty with The Young and the Restless, as she also portrayed Sheila Carter's sister, Sarah. In, 2010, she also appeared alongside her Y&R co-star, Christian LeBlanc, in the music video for Reba McEntire's single, "I Keep On Loving You". Bregman is an active supporter and honorary board member for Chenoa Manor, an animal sanctuary in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

While mysterious holes are the #1 cause of evil children, #2 is mysterious pits, especially if they're full of monsters. 1981's horror-comedy ‘The Pit' gives you the trifecta of troglodytes, evil teddy bears, and snotty Canadian children who can't even be mean right. If you're not sold already, as an added bonus there's plenty of ‘The Littlest Hobo' talk as well.

This week, we venture north to Canada, where resourceful, wise, and perhaps supernatural German Shepherd The Littlest Hobo wanders Ontario in search of humans in need of help. This time, the action centers around an arcade, where he finds a deaf guy, a mime, and a grumpy old man and helps stop a couple of nogoodniks bent on robbing the place. #podcast #tv #retrotv #seventies #eighties #littlesthobo #dogs #arcades #videogames #canada

Deb Wolfe thanks the listeners for their long-time loyalty and the best pet radio awards and medals they've helped her win by sending in great questions and suggestions. Deborah reports on two different incidents in the Vancouver news with police and dogs. First a female dog walker is attacked by a guy walking with a woman and two off leash dogs and then a man walking his friend's dog is jumped by police when his identity is mistaken. Did you know a dog can get electric shocks from pavement? Benny a big therapy dog found this out in the parking lot of a local mall when his owner was craving Starbucks and he lived to tell the tale. Deborah notices the pets on the reality shows about couples ‘Married at First Site' and ‘ 90 Day Fiancé' and uses their examples as a what-not-to-do and explaining How to teach your lab not to steal food off the coffee table. Have you ever considered the many skills of actor dogs? Deborah lists the many commands one German Shepherd dog performs in just one episode of ‘The Littlest Hobo', Canadian Kids' show. Gypsy Inc, Everywhere In an effort to keep the brightest minds from leaving the industry, in 2019 I co-founded Gypsy Inc, a new type of agency that allows the best creative and strategic thinkers to work together remotely from anywhere in the world. You can call me the Littlest Hobo. Gypsy is a unique advertising agency that brings together the best creative and strategic thinkers from around the globe from a network of over 3000. Rather than whoever happens to be sitting on bench, Gypsy curates a leaner team of hand-picked specialists designed specifically for your brand. We've cut the fat, so you get exactly what you need, and nothing you don't. Gypsy is a global band of creative thinkers, strategists and doers that hail from some of the world's best agencies. We have a broad range of skills and experience from advertising, digital innovation, branding and design, all the way through to events and experiential. We believe that money spent on unnecessary agency overheads (like expensive offices) is better spent on the actual work. Therefore we work remotely from all over the world to maximize a more diverse talent base, and stay ahead of the global cultural curve.

This week we dig up an episode of a Canadian classic and go over the weird ways Canadians can talk and pick at our "National Passtime" of Hockey and find some... not so great bits that might need adjustment. Episode Number 58: STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE (1979)This week we boldly go where millions of people have gone before to cover STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE. Directed by Robert Wise (THE HAUNTING, THE ANDROMEDA STRAIN), and starring William Shatner (THE DEVIL'S RAIN, A CHRISTMAS HORROR STORY), Leonard Nimoy (IN SEARCH OF, FUTURAMA), and DeForest Kelly (NIGHT OF THE LEPUS, THE LITTLEST HOBO).Are you a Star Trek fan? Where would you rank STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE among the Star Trek franchise?Let us know at chrisandchristalkmovies@gmail.comWelcome to Chris & Chris Talk Movies. In this podcast, life-long friends Chris Ferry and Chris Huddleston discuss Sci Fi movies (sometimes the best Sci Fi movies, sometimes not), horror movies (occasionally some of the all time best horror movies…often…not), a few of the very best action movies (I think you see where we're going with this), and genre films from their childhood and beyond in this laid-back, rambling, but inviting series!Rated PG for occasional mature language and alcohol consumption.
Today we shared our mutual love of dogs and butts: how they help us and unfortunately how they hurt us. We received a call which brought out Jay's ire and invented a new segment called Dong Show Gong Show.
Jim Durr joined us for the first time (on this pod, anyway) to talk about Knightfall, the new medieval drama on History, and while all its trebuchets, extreme helmet cams, and campy popes can't quite_make us care whether they ever track down that crusty old Grail. We went Around The Dial with _GBBO, Netflix's weird but compelling Stranger Things: Deutschland offering Dark, and the best (and family-friendliest) of recent stand-up specials before Jim sent us back to the late '90s with a Futurama Canon submission. Dave treated us to a very little The Littlest Hobo audio recap, Tara faced off against the Pickle & Peanut theme song (...for the last time???), and Dr. Phil won while just about every other man in television lost. And finally, Game Time got meta as the panel tried to guess the TV-show-based videogames. There is no Benson videogame. Go write your reps about that, and on your way to the mailbox, have a listen to the latest all-new regulation Extra Hot Great. GUESTS
