With the recent news that Universal are planning to open their first theme park in Europe on UK soil (In Bedford, to be exact! Yay Bedford?) we're discussing what the attractions might be compared to other Universal theme parks in the US. We're also discussing British theme parks and what their differences usually are. In 2007, Erica first tasted that literal slice of heaven known as a custard slice from a bakery chain in south Wales called Jenkins. It is two slices of rough puff pastry with a thick set heavy custard in between and icing on top. It's a variation of the original French dessert known as the Mille-Feuille (Napoleon Pastry).
