Gegen Nürnberg müssen Punkte her. Wie Stefan all diese Dinge einordnet, hört ihr im aktuellen Gegnergespräch. Shownotes Koschinat fordert Durchschlagskraft und Zählbares gegen den Club (kicker)...

In this episode, Andrew Wiebe, David Gass, Matt Doyle and Calen Carr gather in the studio to break down a nervous US women’s national team win in the World Cup and plead with Anthony Hudson’s agent to take on a few new clients after the former Rapids’ boss was linked with Newcastle. More seriously, the guys dig into the 2019 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target roster – where is Run DMB?! – and wonder how far Paxton Pomykal’s can go with USMNT, FC Dallas and beyond. Finally, it’s Gold Cup discussion following big USMNT and CanMNT wins at the Gold Cup. Perhaps most importantly, Calen explains how a good diet (chicken nuggets and milk shakes) can help Wiebe recover from his ankle injury. 1:30 – US women sneak past Spain in the World Cup Round of 16 4:11 – Did MLS get it right with 2019 All-Star squad? 7:56 – Who are the All-Star snubs who stand out the most? 11:46 – Why Mark-Anthony Kaye is the MLS locker-room pick, per Calen Carr? 15:21 – How far can Paxton Pomykal, the next big thing in U.S. Soccer, go? 22:41 – Zlatan radar going off! Is the big man acting a fool … to his teammates? 26:56 – What will Andrew Wooten be for the Philadelphia Union? 30:33 – Alan Pardew or Tab Ramos for FC Cincinnati head coaching job? 36:22 – Jefferson Savarino to the Premier League? Could be good… 38:30 – Takeaways from the US’s 6-0 win against Trinidad & Tobago 51:00 – Canada has the best attack at the Gold Cup! 56:48 – Why Calen is the men’s league Neymar and went on the cheeseburger diet as a player
In his first interview in Philadelphia, new signing Andrew Wooten sits down with Adam to discuss everything from changing numbers four times in his previous club to where in Philadelphia can he find a good steak. One of the hottest strikers of the back half of the 2018-19 season in Germany was a 6’1” German-American plying his trade with Sandhausen in 2. Bundesliga. Thirteen goals in 18 games to finish the season cemented the American international — Jurgen Klinsmann called him up in 2015 and he made one appearance against Costa Rica — as someone who could make a big difference on a club when his deal with Sandhausen ran out in the summer. Sandhausen admitted they wanted 17-goal scorer Andrew Wooten to stay, but the striker was ready for a move to America.
Recording before the deal was finalized, the boys talk about a potential move for Andrew Wooten and what that does The post Wooten to Philly and DC Open Cup Loss appeared first on Beautiful Game Network.
It's been a while since the Union have had a regular season game and ten whole days since the Doopy Brothers stumble through a podcast episode. We dust off the ol' mics and let rip an episode that timed perfectly with the Andrew Wooten (!!) official announcement. The second segment gets weird with some proposed rule changes to the game that AJ has thought up, they're... interesting. A fun episode to say the least. Learn more about your ad choices.
