Margo is joined by husband-and-wife directing duo Jason & Blue Gerber, an award-winning team working across films and commercials. Their creative synergy has led them to direct for brands like Walgreens, 7UP, Chipotle, Intelligentsia, and LOEWE, while also producing heartfelt storytelling work for organizations such as The Boys & Girls Clubs, Athletes Unlimited, and Lincoln Park Community Services. Their short film Otis' Dream, about voter suppression, was shared by Oprah as an official Super Soul Sunday short film, and their commercial and nonprofit work has been recognized with industry honors including a Silver Telly Award. Together, Jason & Blue bring both tactful precision and deep feeling into everything they create, evoking imagination and authentic human narratives as one voice. In this conversation, Margo, Jason, and Blue dive into the power of collaboration, storytelling that heals, and the journey of their new feature documentary, Dawn Dusk. Margo, Jason & Blue discuss: From college pals to co-directors: how their friendship at Columbia College Chicago grew into a collaborative career. What it takes to truly direct as a duo—prep, trust, communication, and playing to each other's strengths. Choosing projects that center the human spirit, resilience, and creativity. How a short five-minute idea evolved into the four-year feature documentary Dawn Dusk, following artist Chelli Look's journey of grief and healing through her leather goods business, CHC. The role of composer Silas Hite's score as the “unseen narrator” guiding the emotion of the film. Why experimentation, patience, and deep listening are essential for creative work that connects. Lessons from navigating both commercial and narrative filmmaking, and how storytelling always comes back to empathy. Content trigger warning. Please be advised that today's episode discusses suicide and suicidal ideation. If you are having thoughts of suicide, feeling suicidal, or have concerns that someone you know may be at risk of suicide, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or text HOME to 741741 to reach a crisis counselor. You are not alone.Teen suicide is one of the most challenging topics we face as a community, yet it's crucial we address it head-on. Listen to this conversation with Stanford's Shashank Joshi, MD and CHC's Jennifer Leydecker, LMFT as we talk about youth suicide and explore comprehensive prevention strategies that work at the community level. Our conversation includes an examination of what makes teens vulnerable today, including the complex role of social media and digital environments in both creating risk and offering protection. We explore how factors like LGBTQ+ identity, bullying, academic pressure, and family dynamics intersect with suicide risk, particularly here in Silicon Valley and the SF Bay Area, where we've experienced the profound loss of teens to suicide. Rather than shy away from this difficult reality, we address it directly to strengthen our prevention efforts.Resources:CHC OnlineSign Up: CHC's Parent Support GroupsCHC's Catherine T. Przeszkadzają im geje, Ukraińcy i demokracja. Chcą wystąpić z Unii Europejskiej i NATO. Mówiąc o wolności słowa domagają się prawa do kłamstwa, równocześnie chętnie nawołują do kneblowania innych. Z sympatią patrzą w stronę Moskwy - ten opis pasuje do dwóch, tylko pozornie ideologicznie odmiennych partii. Mowa o skrajnie prawicowej SPD i komunistach. Takich prawdziwych, z korzeniami w czasach słusznie minionych. Drudzy mają całkiem spore szanse na to, by do niego wrócić.

Radiowa podróż dwutorowa - polityczna i motocyklowa.
In this episode, I welcome back my pal Morley Robbins to unpack the truth behind iron deficiency and why the conventional story doesn't add up. This conversation should help to tie together everything we have discussed in our previous three conversations. But if you have any questions, please let me know and Morley will come back on to the podcast to answer them. :) What we discuss: Why low iron on blood tests is often linked to metabolic dysfunction, low thyroid function, and inflammation The critical role of the liver and copper in moving iron and supporting hormone balance Why testing serum iron is misleading and what to look at instead Morley's controversial take on why anemia isn't real Why Morley is against vitamin D supplements How low copper may contribute to hair loss and skin breakouts The connection between iron overload and cancer risk Why retinol (vitamin A) is essential for optimizing human health And much more on minerals, energy, and hormone balance. Morley Robbins, MBA, CHC, aka “Magnesium Man”, is one of the foremost experts on magnesium's role in the body, as well as the delicate dance between Iron and Copper. He is a voice to listen to closely when considering Iron and always ready to answer questions from his followers. Today's teens face unprecedented pressure to excel academically, socially, and in extracurricular activities, contributing to rising rates of stress and mental health challenges among young people. This pressure stems from competitive college admissions, social media comparison culture, peers and unrealistic expectations to name a few. While healthy motivation encourages growth and learning from mistakes, harmful pressure creates chronic stress focused solely on outcomes and perfection. Parents can support their teens by emphasizing effort over results, creating safe spaces for open conversation, and modeling balanced approaches to challenges. Understanding the difference between supportive encouragement and damaging pressure is crucial for helping young people develop resilience rather than burnout. Join us in this conversation with CHC's Clinical Psychology Doctoral Interns , Michelle Hull and Roxanna Flores as we explore practical strategies for fostering healthy motivation while protecting teen mental health. Napriek všeobecne prospešnému cieľu má Green Deal veľa odporcov, ktorí namietajú, že EÚ takto neúmerne zaťažuje priemysel i bežných ľudí a vo výsledku poškodzuje svoju konkurencieschopnosť. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Reinvention Season: What Got You Here Won't Get You There (The Creator Glow-Up) If you've outgrown your content, your offers, or even your mindset: this episode is your permission slip to evolve. The truth is, what got you here won't get you there. The strategies, identity, and content that built your current level aren't the same ones that will take you to your next. Inside this episode of Call Her Creator, I'm breaking down what it really means to go through a creator glow-up: shifting your identity, refining your vision of success, and building content that reflects who you're becoming — not just who you've been. This conversation is for the established creator or entrepreneur who's hit a wall: Your content feels repetitive or uninspired Your offers feel heavy or outdated Your audience is growing, but your energy isn't You feel disconnected from your brand voice or identity Nothing is broken — you're just in the glow-up gap. And it's a normal (and powerful) part of building a sustainable business and brand online. We'll cover: ✨ Signs you've outgrown your current content + creator identity ✨ How to realign your offers and vision without starting from scratch ✨ Why evolving your voice matters more than rebranding your logo ✨ How to release what no longer matches your vision so you can grow in alignment Whether you're scaling from 5K to 50K followers, pivoting your offers, or simply craving more creativity, this episode will help you embrace reinvention as a natural part of the process.

"Chcę być nadal ministrem zdrowia. Mam kilka bardzo ważnych rzeczy do zrobienia. Kilka różnych, równie ważnych, już zrobiłam. Przede mną, a może przed polskim systemem ochrony zdrowia, jeszcze sporo" – powiedziała w Porannej rozmowie w RMF FM szefowa resortu zdrowia Izabela Leszczyna.
Brzmiało to nieco dziwnie, przyznają Państwo. A ok 2.30 w nocy z apartamentowca wyszedł wicemarszałek Senatu Michał Kamiński, by wsiąść do swego służbowego czarnego bolidu z kierowcą.

In this conversation with CHC experts, Melanie Hsu, PhD, Clinical Director and licensed psychologist and Marjan Ebadi, PhD, licensed psychologist, we talk about challenging the traditional deficit model that focuses on "fixing" neurodivergent traits, instead embracing a strengths-based approach that celebrates the unique abilities and perspectives that neurodiversity brings. Take 10 with Tim – May 23, 2025 @ 9:30 am 1.I know everyone loves Juan Soto, but with eight home runs and a .247 batting average after 30% of the games played this season, it looks a lot like 2022 when he hit 27 home runs and had a .242 average. He is stealing bases, which helps, but should owners be worried? Is this the player they drafted?a.He's also been criticized for his lack of hustle. Do you think that now that he's being paid, he's lost something?2.Sal Perez and Adley Rutschman hit home runs on Wednesday. It was Adley's first home run since April 20, and he's barely hitting above the Mendoza line. Perez last hit a home run on April 13 and is also just above the Mendoza line. Who are you more concerned about for the rest of the season?3.Dylan Crews will be out for a while after suffering an oblique strain on Tuesday. Robert Hassell III gets the call. He's far from the player everyone expected when he was drafted by the Padres in the first round in 2020, but he's played alright this season, with a .288 batting average, four home runs, and nine stolen bases. What do you expect, and how long do you think he'll be out?4.Patrick Corbin looked like he was playing out the string after signing that great contract with Washington. He went unowned in most leagues. This year, he's been a different guy. Pitching for Texas, he's won three games and posting a 3.59 ERA. However, he's not striking out many (6.75 K/9) and his xERA is 4.56.a.You can't sell high (maybe you can), but what do you do here? Keep starting him every week? Pick and choose based on matchups? Something else?5.In the past three games, Will Warren has a record of 2-0, with a 1.50 ERA and a 13:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He has lowered his ERA to 4.05. Is this merely a hot streak, or are we witnessing a breakout?6.Matt Shaw returns to the Cubs, and Moises Ballesteros is sent down. This is Shaw's second chance. Will this time be better?7.Rank the Top 10 pitchers you would like to own over the rest of the season.1)Skubal2)Skenes3)Yamamoto4)Wheeler5)Fried6)Brown7)deGrom8)Senga9)Bibee10)Warren8.If something pops up today, we will include9.What one hitter are you targeting in this weekend's FAAB?Robert Hassell III (OF, Was)10.What one pitcher are you targeting in this weekend's FAAB?Daniel Palenecia (RHP, CHC)

We will have a discussion for a bit.b.Do you think he gets in?5.Aaron Nola – Yikes. He never threw very hard, but his four-seamer is off a mile per hour and it's getting destroyed (.611 SLG). Start, sit or drop?a.Here are some other pitchers that are struggling. Same question.i.Sandy Alcantara – 8.10 ERA, 1.637 WHIPii.Dustin May – 4.08 ERA, 1.24 WHIP. Not awful, but last four outings, he's been terrible, pitching to a 6.35 ERAiii.Luis Severino – 4.70 ERA, 1.32 WHIP6.Patrick Corbin looked like he was playing out the string after signing that great contract with Washington. He went unowned in most leagues. This year, he's been a different guy. Pitching for Texas, he's won three games and posting a 3.35 ERA. However, he's not striking out many (7 K/9) and his xERA is 4.52.a.You can't sell high (maybe you can), but what do you do here? Keep starting him every week? Pick and choose based on matchups? Something else?7.Are the Phillies starting to use Jordan Romano as part of a close committee? Do you trust him after how he's lookd this season?8.One more question that might come up tonight. We have plenty with what I've written.9.What one hitter are you targeting for this weekend's FAAB?10.What one pitcher are you targeting for this weekend's FAAB?
