In this episode we strap on the mutton chops like biker Jesus pumped full of amphetamines and look straight up to the heavens with the voice of a demon for a warts ‘n all take on one of the most influential bands of the last fifty years. If you're not familiar with Motörhead, they are best known for the song, Ace of Spades and I have described them in the past as what it would sound like if Chuck Berry was hit by an out of control freight train driven by drunken pirates. While there have been many members over the years, and some were more important than others, there's only really one bloke who matters in the Motörhead story, Lemmy Kilmister.Lemmy wasn't a satanic metal head. But he was certainly anti-religion with songs like, [Don't Need] Religion, Bad Religion and God Was Never on Your Side. This episode also features cameo guest star appearances from Joseph of Nazareth, Ian Kilmister, Santa Claus, Wales, The Beatles, The Cavern Club, Liverpool, Europe, The Kinks, The Rockin Vicars, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Sam Gopal, Escalator, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Pink Floyd, The Birds, Hawkwind, Silver Machine, Canada, Bastard, Top of the Pops, BBC, United Artists, On Parole, Phil ‘Philthy Animal' Taylor, ‘Fast' Eddie Clarke, NME, Ted Carroll, Chiswick Records, Mike Tyson, Snaggletooth, the War-Pig, Joe Petagno, Napoleon, Bronze Records, Austin Healy, No Sleep ‘till Hammersmith, Stand By Your Man, Plasmatics, Wendy O. This week I am joined by Kim McIntyre of McIntyre furniture! In school for outdoor education, a required course "Reverence for Wood" kindled an interest in woodworking. After spending time as a wilderness expedition guide, she took the interest in woodworking back to school, and started her furniture business. We discuss her approach to problem-solving in the shop, teaching, and a bit about the Restoration Station at the Catskill Mountain Maker Camp. Kim is currently working on a custom Myrtle Burl dashboard for a vintage Austin Healy and you can follow along with that project on Instagram. Don't forget to check out the McIntyre Furniture web site.

There may never be another Lions tour like it, with tears, talk of mutiny in the ranks, accusations, explosive player diaries and a head coach who appeared increasingly isolated. Coach is recorder live in the “Hemp House on Wheels” in Blandon PA for the “Hemp Entrepreneur Podcast”. Hosts Drew Oberholtzer and Cameron Mcintosh have a conversation with the Coach about his travels on the “iHemp Revolution Road Show”. By Drew Oberholtzer: Occasionally you come across a person whose spirit and vitality inspire you to become a better person. As this week's guest can often be heard saying, his mission is, "...inspiring people to do things that inspire them." Coach Freddie Cecchini of the iHemp Revolution Podcast stopped by for a few days this week to interview us and see the Hemp House On Wheels, so we took the opportunity to do the same. Coach Freddie is a larger than life industrial hemp advocate who began an industrial hemp podcast back in 2014 on the heels of the last Obama Farm Bill. He recognized that the door had been opened and signed on to follow the presidential campaign trail in 2015 with a few others in order to advocate on behalf of industrial hemp. This journey led Coach to meet many of the players in the industry and provided him with a wealth of content for his show and a broad network of friends across the country. Since then, Coach Freddie has been traveling the country eight months out of the year in his 1966 Austin Healy on the iHemp Revolution Roadshow. He promotes the brand of industrial hemp diligently and without pause, whether he's pumping gas or jamming out on his frottoir (also known as the washboard). He is also a small business coach (hence the nickname) who promotes mission driven businesses focused on a triple bottom line; planet, people and profit. Please feel free to share your Coach Freddie stories with us on social media or via email at HempEntrepreneurPodcast@gmail.com so we can share them! Please include your name and what platform you listen to the Hemp Entrepreneur Podcast on most! Lyt med lige her!
A wacko who runs a pizza joint and greets customers with “Goddammit!” A roommate who drives an arrest-me-red Austin Healy 3000 sports car. A lovely young Irish alcoholic poetess. Haight Ashbury. And Jane. Ah, yes, Jane. What else awaits Nate in California?
Mike Satterfield opened up his garage to talk about all kinds of car stuff, racing, Rally Historico, projects, street racing, and more. Great guy with a whole lot going on. We are looking forward to a post-race interview, as well as (possibly) some day of race audio. Make sure to check out The Gentleman Racer and
