Hello, welcome back! I hope this finds you in high spirits. I had to take a break over the holidays to recharge, lol. I had a finale planned, but life had other plans, and for that, I apologize. However, due to recent events, I wanted to take my experience and others to use as a vehicle to enlighten and perhaps help others on a crucial subject: valuing yourself. This episode was tough to do, given my personal connection with the theme. However, I wanted to push forward and help as many people as I can. Now I don't want you thinking this episode is mournful and sorrowful; it's the opposite (I hope), in fact, haha. Tell you what, take a listen and let me know what you think? Fair? Enjoy the episode because there are lots of gems here that hopefully enrich your life. I hope you all continue to look toward the horizon. I will do the same.
