"...There will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars...Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near." Luke 21:25a, 28 It is rare that Scripture, science, and history align with each other, yet the last three series of Four Blood Moons have done exactly that. Are these the “signs” that God refers to in His Word? If they are, what do they mean? What is their prophetic significance? In this GODcast, Frank and Christina Sasso explore the supernatural connection of certain celestial events to biblical prophecy — and to the future of God's chosen people and to the nations of the world. Just as in biblical times, God is controlling the sun, the moon, and the stars to send our generation a signal that something big is about to happen. The question is: Are we watching and listening to His message? Immediately following this episode, is the GODcast Q and A for April where you get to hear YOUR questions being answered! Enjoy and stay BLESSED!
In this solo message we will look at “Proof Texting†and why it is not wise to use scripture out of context. This is a major issue with the church and it leads to date setting, which we are told not to do.And while it might sound like I’m being mean to John Hagee, I am not, I am just using him as the most obvious figure. I believe Hagee believes what he is saying, I also believe he is wrong. But this is not a Salvation issue, Hagee is still my brother-in-Christ.Click for ScriptureWatch on Facebook
In this 31 minute podcast, Hank Hanegraaf. the "Bible Answer Man" with Christian Research Institute (CRI) talks about Christian Zionist preacher John Hagee and his, now debunked, prophetic claims about the Four Blood Moons. This very fascinating, scriptural analysis by Hank debunks Hagee's titillating interpretations of the Bible, is taken from his 9/28/2015 program.

On Sunday (September 27, 2015) Earth's shadow will begin to dim the "supermoon" slightly, beginning at 8.11 p.m. EDT. U.S. and much of the world, a total lunar eclipse will mask the moon's larger-than-life face for more than an hour. The result: a so-called "blood moon" that some in religious circles are suggesting will signal an end of the world type of event -- a doomsday. The Blood Moon Prophecy is a hypothesis proposed by some Christian ministers, such as John Hagee and Mark Biltz, which states that an ongoing tetrad (a series of four consecutive lunar eclipses—coinciding on Jewish holidays—with six full moons in between, and no intervening partial lunar eclipses) which began with the April 2014 lunar eclipse is a sign of the end times as described in the Bible in Acts 2:20 and Revelation 6:12. The idea of a "blood moon" serving as an omen of the coming of the end times comes from the Book of Joel, where it is written "the sun will turn into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes." This phrase is again mentioned by Saint Peter during Pentecost, as recorded in Acts, although Peter says that date, not some future date, was the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy. The blood moon also appears in the book of Revelation chapter 6 verses 11 - 13, where verse 12 says " And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood". Will the world end in just a few short days, after the 4th Blood Moon? Well, before you jump to any hasty conclusions, let me tell you about the Blood Moon Prophecy. Then you can make up your mind.

We Hold These Truths' intrepid, Bay Area vigil leader, Craig Hanson, conducted a "Vigil of One" at a Christians United For Israel "Four Blood Moons" event, held at a Stockton, CA church, with amazing results. Most of the hundreds of people in attendance knew he was there with his signs prominently on display as they drove in to the church parking lot. He even generated a counter protest, and, remarkably, one of the church pastors came out twice to dialogue with Craig to sincerely find out why Craig was there and what our mission is. In this podcast you'll learn about the hoopla behind the not-so-biblical "Four Blood Moons" idea that, supposedly, points to an imminent end times event. This was truly an inspiring and encouraging vigil for us, and we think you will find it remarkable, too. For more background information on the "Four Blood Moons" push, see here, and here.
Two Christian Zionist preachers, John Hagee of CUFI and Mark Biltz of El Shaddai Ministries are trying to convince Christians that the "Four Blood Moons" astronomical events are linked to end times, that, according to them, are just around the corner. Both men have written books, and, Hagee has produced a movie, just recently premiered. In this podcast we look behind some of the claims and "gospel facts" being presented by these end times expediters. For an excellent background program by William Bell, listen to "Challenging the Theology of 'Four Blood Moons' By John Hagee."

Pastor John Hagee of Christians United For Israel recently wrote a book, Four Blood Moons: Something Is About To Change, that is a New York Times bestseller. It seems Hagee is trying to speed up the return of Jesus using a predictable astronomical event as a sign of the end times. Our friend Pastor William Bell (Eschatology: All Things Fulfilled) has studied Hagee's scriptural claims in his book and replies in this podcast with logical and well reasoned, scriptural challenges.

Repeating a sermon given on March 30th of this year, Pastor Dean updates the recent world events and how they confirm the significance of the Four Blood Moons. The first Blood Moon appeared on April 15th of this year without any great changes in the world. But look at the changes in world events and especially in Israel since that time and it confirms that the first Blood Moon has had significance. What will follow the next three Blood Moons?
You have probably heard about the controversy surrounding the "Four Blood Moons." Some popular teachers proclaim that these four blood moons represent the imminent coming of Christ. On a similar note, others online commentators are delivering some shocking messages pertaining to the return of Christ. In this episode, Pastor Brian will evaluate the "Four Blood Moon" teaching, will answer whether there is any validity to such popular prophetic codes, and will confront the issue of date-setting when it comes to the return of Christ (or "Extreme Eschatology"). This past April 15 we had the first of four lunar eclipses. We are in the midst of a sequence of four total lunar eclipses which is called a tetrad. So we have three more to go. Is this tetrad a big deal? Does it mean anything to Christians? Well Hagee implies that it will usher in the second coming of Christ. But I think he is wrong. I'll show you from Scripture.

In addition to the coming Four Blood Moons and the Total Solar Eclipse of 2014/2015 there is one more prophetic event that will occur on September 14, 2015 just 16 days before the last of the Four Blood Moons. That date is the Jewish New Year. Deuteronomy 15:1-2 describe the releasing of debt every seven years called the Shemitah (rather than the Year of Jubilee, as I mistakenly refer to it). At the end of the past two seven year cycles, in 2001 and 2008 the United States has experienced the worst stock market reverses ever recorded. So if the pattern continues it would spell chaos for the financial markets in September of 2015 and many financial market analysts are already saying that the market is over due for a major correction.
There is much talk about the coming Four Blood Moons but do you know why this series of four total lunar eclipses is of Biblical importance? What does the Bible say about the moon turning blood red and when will that occur? The history of these occurrences confirm that they indicate a major change coming for the Nation of Israel. With Israel as the focal point of current world events, this warning should give every Christian a reason pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.
The book Four Blood Moons by John Hagee has become a best seller and is the current interest with regard to prophetic studies. Is this another prophetic fad or is this a legitimate concern on biblical prophecy and something we should seriously consider? (44:59)
