Every February we celebrate Presidents Day, a holiday that originated as Washington's Birthday in 1885. Washington was, of course, our first president. He served as commander-in-chief of colonial armies during the American Revolution. I attribute my success in life to the moral, intellectual, and physical education I received from her.” These quotes from George Washington show that he was a president who knew the Bible, as they all echo what is taught in Holy Scripture.
