How does real estate's top player spend his time? What are the routines, systems, mindset, skills, and allowed him to achieve overwhelming success?    I've known Gino Blefari since I was 19 years old. He's been my personal client for decades, and in that time he's risen to become real estate's top player, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of America. When analyzing Gino's success, we're not looking at what he started doing differently, but what he did persistently year over year his entire career.    In this episode of the Tom Ferry Podcast Experience, Gino shares with me some of the greatest knowledge you can get on a podcast – the routines and systems of certain success. This is the full playbook of real estate's top player, so I'd listen to this one until you have it memorized.

Wonder what to do for your business in this current market? In today's episode of The Real Estate Podcast, Jimmy meets with Gino Blefari to discuss ways to survive and thrive in the current real estate market. 1. Have a strong mindset A strong mindset is ALWAYS important, even more so in the current market. We don't know how long the current market will last or how deep it will go, but we do know it will pass. You have to remain mentally strong in this market to thrive in the upcoming market. 2.  Follow your schedule Don't make a commitment without first checking your schedule. If it can't fit, then don't make the commitment. By creating and following a schedule, you can prioritize what's important and dedicate your time and energy to it. 3.  Focus on your MEDS Meds stand for meditation, exercise, diet, and sleep. When you take care of yourself and your mental health, you'll feel good and perform better. Again, think about strengthening your mindset. Blefari says these are small cornerstones that lead to winning habits. Focus on the small, daily things that will lead to big changes. 4.  Focus on strategy Blefari would farm realtors who were leaving the real estate business. Whatever you do, create a strategy and follow it. Whatever worked for you in the past, focus on that. Contact all of your clients, add value, and focus on lead generation. Whatever strategy you choose, follow it and tweak it as necessary. Do you have a video or content idea perfect for your business? Share it with Jimmy! Here's a Quick recapI'm not focusing any numbers or stats in this podcast you hear enough of them from a variety of news and social sources. Let's understand that a supply driven market, with adverse reactions from inflation estimates and interest concerns may fixate you on the exact timing of your move. Why not get out of the gate early and approach positive matters with a focus on attaining the highest and best price by preparing for change in THIS year's housing market. YOUR RIGHT TIME WILL COME. If you dwell on absolute highs and lows you'll miss opportunities. Sales prices are projected to fall further in response to economic conditions BUT if you look at what price you acquired your home-You're STILL GOING TO HAVE A SUPERB RETURN!  Some of you will net greater than 50%… 40, 30. How much did you win on the last dealer dealt hand. I am going to tell you interest rates will head back down in 2023 IN RESPONSE TO BETTER INFLATION REPORTS. UNTIL THEN Analysts speculate but they will never be able to pin it down Exactly. My good friend and mentor Gino Blefari, head of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices reminded us this month that when inflation numbers decline rates will  decline. Further, if you don't have a specific deadline to move what's another few months in the grand scheme of things?  LETS FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE HERE ARE 10 short ideas to take you to success in real estate in todays marketWrite down what you intend to do with your top 5 wants in your next home - what can you live with? What can't you live Without? Then share it with your family. Construct an ideal timeline that is visual. Don't get too complicated a piece of paper and colored pens will do.Meet with a savvy realtor to discuss your plans and set up a strategy. (I said savvy realtor Not just a CONVENIENT one who mailed you a pretty postcard last month. Meet with a local lender to fuel to your ideas and educate yourself about loan programs, verify if your goals are realisticRevisit your priorities to see if they are aligned with reality and perfect your story (get ready!)Start to Look at home sale listings that meet your criteria (vs visiting open houses and dwelling on pipe dream Ruling in or out as you go comparing each one against the last- it's a yes or a no not just a bunch of maybes !Relax and enjoy the ride purchasing an interior or exterior upgrade to improve your new home and make it more saleable to Celebrate

Internet-based communications are often hailed as a massive opportunity for businesses, regardless of industry. Yet, a lot of people view the internet as a place to strictly promote business, rather than actively conduct it. How can real estate entrepreneurs use technology in a way that will reap tangible rewards? What advantages does the internet have to offer for real estate? On this episode, I talk with Gino Blefari on his own podcast as we discuss these questions. "Treat your client like you treat your family." -Jeff Cohn Takeaways + Tactics - The best approach to a growing business is a combination of learning and implementing. The two should never be mutually exclusive, and you should always feel like you need to do more of both. - Invest in online marketing. Social media and internet advertising are here to stay. - Establishing relationships is important when learning. It’s valuable to be able to phone a friend when you need advice. Appealing to a growing market is one of the most powerful things we can do with our businesses. By making use of the technologies and principles celebrated by the current generation, you can see exponential growth in your client list. To apply this to your own business, pay attention to your consumers. At the end of the day, it is the way you interact with your market that will determine how successful you’ll become. Guest Bio-   Gino Blefari is the chief executive officer of HSF Affiliates, which operates the real estate brokerage networks of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate.

This is the episode 1 of the Real Estate Sales Show. Today we are going to focus today about 3 very basic things. SHARE MY STORY – I will share with you my triumph in the midst of my adversity and also to give you an insight to why you should pay attention. PURPOSE OF THIS SHOW – so that it is very clear why you want to come back week after week to make sure you’re plugging in and listening to our episodes WHAT TO EXPECT – know what to expect to receive from being a member of this amazing community that we are about to start and what can you expect to become.   MY STORY I started in business when I was 18 years old and I remember being dead broke. I was living in my 2 bedroom apartment with my amazing mother, my 2 younger brothers. We moved to Realto California from New York City because my parents split up and my mom left to basically fend for herself. It was a little bit tough. I started in business because I remember watching the show 90210 and I remember living in our crummy little 2 bedroom apartment. I am thinking if these people can have these amazing life, great cars, great homes and they can have a pool in their backyard then why the hell can’t I?  That was the first foundational thoughts that I had about what was possible for my life, then I thought to myself “why won’t I buy us a house? I think I can do it”. I declare a goal to buy my mother and us a home by the time I was 21 years old. Fast forward to 21 years old, I got license as a real estate sales professional we actually went ahead and bought that house and by 27 years old I was closing 150 transaction, earning 1.5 million dollars in income and I did it! At that time I thought to myself that there’s a lot of people that could use my help and learn from the stuff I had learn from. I started a coaching company and I can remember just before the market crash back about 2007,  we had between 400 -500 agents on a monthly basis that pay us for consulting and to help them to expand their business. To make long story short the market crash and I wasn’t really ready for it, but that coaching business that was 2nd business I took to a million dollars in revenue and I did that in maybe a year and 2 months. Finally 2010 comes around and I’m starting to think to myself what am I going to do with the rest of my life? , then I remember thinking  “wait a minute, all of those real estate officers that I visited back when I was a coach, they are lacking a lot of stuff like motivation, skill set, leadership and training.” There was a fire missing within the office, there was a commitment to excellence that was missing. It was almost as if you are walking most of real estate office. I had to fight through massive spirit of ego that was in the office for the first ten minutes just to get people to smile.  It felt like there was this “you’re not going to steal my ideas or going around” so I was thinking wait a minute what if I combine what I did in my coaching company with my knowledge of real estate and start a brokerage and the intention of that brokerage is to help people breakthrough to help people to really step into the life that you are destined to live, how to sell real estate in a higher value, how to do that in much less time and then poof it hit me and thought “oh my gosh nobody is doing that!” so sure enough I open up and bought a franchise of Intero Real Estate services company located up in Northern California. MY PURPOSE My great friend Gino Blefari signs me up. We have gone from to really zero from a company with none nationally recognize branding and in this is the 5th year basically. I focus on people, I focus on that vision that I had and I focus on the vision of helping people to breakthrough on their lives and in their businesses and I knew if I could just help that agent that was closing 10 deals a year and get them 20 deals a year I knew that the story will spread and I knew that a wildfire will start and it will be uncontrollable. Here we are today, that company is not only establish but I have set a foundation of leaders and are doing an amazing job and now taking on the job of teaching our agents the principles that the company was founded on and I’ve got a vision for much more. I got a vision to reach out to people all over the world. Now I’m getting message all across the world and it became one of my motivations. I receive messages like “Hey, here is what I’m working on, what do you think? Can you help me with this?” And sure enough I’m a believer in possibilities, in people and in you. Don’t ask me why I guess I was born that way I would want to help enough people to get what they want in their life. That’s what I want to do on the daily basis and that’s where the show came from. That’s a little bit about me and the purpose. The purpose is to fill in the gaps between the industries. We are talking about good human beings, we are talking about people who had a vision that moment when they got real estate license on doing some amazing great things and yet they didn’t have the guidance or mentorship to actually make it all come true. We are talking about people who I think left the industry because they got their hopes crushed. I think I know because I met several of them that come to work with us that we’ve actually been able to help them create careers. We’ve been able to take assistance and help them earn half a million dollars a year in less than 3 years. That’s the purpose, to do the exact same thing for you. WHAT TO EXPECT You can expect new episodes every single week, and I’m going to be 100% committed to this process. You can expect to learn the system needed to enable to grow your business. You can expect the process needed in order for you to reach your goals and your ultimate destination. You can expect to learn the skills set needed in order to learn to communicate in a powerful fashion. This entire show, not one cut or one edit and most of them won’t be. I do this on purpose because I challenge myself to be the type of communicator that can communicate easily and effectively without needing any edits at all, whether be on video or audio because if I can do it, you can do it as well and when you get that kind of confidence you will be unstoppable. You will be unstoppable in front of every buyer and seller that comes across your path. That my friend is what you can expect. You can expect that once you join me every single week with a pen and a piece of paper in your hand, you can expect that I’m going to bring you the absolute best and that best is intended to make you the best you can possibly be.     Episode Resources: https://www.facebook.com/Danny.Morel.Page/ Instagram : Danny Morel
