Friend of the show and all around awesome dude Chris Bossom dropped by to talk about health and conspiracy theories. A good fun conversation that Ian only derailed a handful of times. This summary was not created by AI, because we don't trust it.Hosted by Brian Keith Nelson and Ian Douglas Terry

Welcome to episode 5 of One on Lund! This is the first episode that Nathan recorded without broadcasting via Facebook Live. While it seemed like a fun idea to be able to interact with listeners in real time, the live broadcast came with some audio issues and video freezes, and so Nathan will focus on the classic audio-only podcast format going forward. Perhaps future episodes with guests will be available on Facebook Live, but isn't it a good thing for all of us to spend less time on Facebook? Also in this episode, Nathan plugs the new podcast Shinin' by friends and fellow comics Sam Tallent and Dave Gborie. If you're looking for a fun and entertaining listen, check out Shinin' via Stitcher, iTunes, or the Sexpot Comedy website. Nathan talks about his love of professional wrestling and describes how he came to be one of the commentators for the popular show Lucha Libre & Laughs. Combining wrestling action and stand up comedy, LLL has been a Denver favorite for years. Nathan is eternally grateful to creator Nick Gossert for the opportunity to call live wrestling alongside Sam Tallent, with occasional support from Mitch Jones, Aaron Urist, and Ian Douglas Terry. Be sure to catch Lucha Libre & Laughs March 2nd, April 27th, and a huge 2 day event June 1st and 2nd! One on Lund is a painfully personal podcast featuring Denver Comedy Champion Nathan Lund. Nathan has performed the glorious art of stand up comedy for 14 years and has finally ventured into the wide world of podcasting. Join Nathan as he shares his opinions on comedy, life, and all things under the sun. Eternal thanks to Sexpot Comedy and producer extraordinaire Wally Wallace. Big huge thanks to Mutiny Information Cafe and to Rachel Weeks for the One on Lund logos.

This episode was recorded live from O'Leaver's Pub in Omaha, Nebraska, during the second annual Crom Comedy Festival! Dave is noticeably hungover and devoid all of nutrients in his diet. His guests were hometown hero and hilarious comedian, Ryan De La Garza, who outlined his fear that he may have a child somewhere in the world. Next came the undeniable Ben Kronberg, who discussed decision-making and an inability to do so, along with some not-so-subtle jabs at Roseanne. And finally, the Puterbaugh Sisters, a comic duo from Chicago who stole the festival for Dave with their stories of what they dislike about each other. Big ups to Ian Douglas Terry and the rest of OK Party Comedy for putting together such a magnificent festival.
Coming at you live from the Crom Comedy Festival in lovely Omaha, Nebraska I welcome Ben Kronberg, Ian Douglas Terry, Chris Charpentier, Dave Ross and Rory Scovel to the podcast. Feats of strength ensue.
Round one with Ian Douglas Terry, Cody Wayne Hurd, Destiny Sturdivant, Ben Wenzl and Greg Harries. Recorded August 27, 2013 at the Waiting Room in Omaha, Nebraska.
Ian Douglas Terry is the boy-prince of Omaha comedy. He also has three names. I love Omaha. I also have three names. Thus, we are dear friends. IDT is a punk-rock kid who got into comedy and basically just invented his own scene. DIY and all that. We caught up in a West Des Moines Hilton Garden Inn hotel room and talked shop, wrestling, then we got drunk and ate Mexican food and talked shit about Rory Scovel (after the outro music, secret track!). Somebody had to
Holy moly, what a show! Adam traveled to the great state of Nebraska to perform on the OK Party Comedy kids' Crom Comedy Festival. While he was there, he grabbed up some audio interviews with comedians in various states of sobriety or lack thereof. On this episode there are interviews with Ian Douglas Terry, Timmy Williams, Zack Peterson, Bobby Crane, Ron Funches, Howard Kremer (who led everyone in a beautiful prayer circle), Davie Gborie, Stephanie Hasz, Sam Tallent, Chris Charpentier, Ben Roy and Sean Patton. How's about them apples?
