One of the major topics we delved into was the significance of hiring the right people as you grow your business. Lukas stressed the importance of having a clear understanding of the role and its objectives, as well as utilizing tools like personality profiles and aptitude tests to ensure a strong fit.Lukas shared valuable insights on the hiring process, emphasizing the need for thoroughness and intentionality.
