The transition is inevitable. Will you be prepared? We often talk about the 98% of collegiate student-athletes who will never play sports professionally but what about the 2% who do make it? They also need help navigating their career. This is what special guest Tywanna Smith highlights in this episode. It’s important to make your off season the most important season that you play. Athletes need to finish their degree, intern, job shadow, and identify post career skills early. They need to understand how to implement their skills on the other side of the ball. Once you stop playing you need to go after your goals with the same intensity you had on the court or on the field.
