She has spoken at numerous annual meetings, regional meetings, leadership clinics and women's summits. Most recently, Kristin coached the team of financial advisors that lead the company in production nationwide. She recruited over 200 college financial representatives into Northwestern Mutual's nationally recognized internship program and elevated the Los Angeles office's internship program from #76 to #5 in the company.   She is passionate about empowering women to elevate their careers. Kristin's curiosity for work-life integration blossomed in graduate school. There, she authored her thesis on the topic of work-life balance, specifically as it related to women. After concluding that the very word "balance" communicated an unrealistic reality, she started her quest to help others understand how to thrive personally and professionally.
