Today, we have a father/son duo come on and chat about their mental health journey together. Mike Bernard is an author who wrote a book called It Sounded Better in my Head" that is loosely based off his sons', Tim Bernard, mental health journey as he was growing up. Tim is a musician that wrote music that promotes mental health awareness and helps end the stigma surrounding mental illness.
