Of course, this comes with an honest conversation around carbs and sugar. How could it not? Healthy Tips: Drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. Not only does it help digestion, it gives us a boost of Vitamin C and helps hydration, among so many other things. Use coconut sugar versus regular sugar to avoid spikes in your blood glucose levels.
