Hi! I'm a Mindset Coach and I created this podcast to educate, entertain and inspire. I chat about personal development, ways to level up your life, travel, lifestyle and much more! This is the most raw, unedited and uncensored version of me... it's why I started this podcast. I wanted a platform to be fully myself and to help and encourage others to do the same. Enjoy! In this special episode of Classy AF, I dive into some things I've been struggling with over the past few months. I share some of my fears, concerns, and the ways MY mindset has been holding me back. It's raw, vulnerable, and not easy to share, but it's my truth and maybe it can help someone feel less alone, so it's worth it. That's all I'll really say about it here, you'll just have to listen to get the whole story. In the last part of this 3-part series, I share about the 6 things you can do to answer “the call”. “The call” is outside of our comfort zone, which is why most of us avoid it, ignore it, or feel overwhelmed by it. These 6 tools will help you work through the fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs you have around answering “the call” and will empower you to start taking steps towards living your best life. www.dantenoelle.com IG @danterosh
What happens when you get a “call”, a nudge, or a sign that you should take action, but you don't? There are some real life consequences to ignoring the call, and I'll share them with you here. I'm not sharing these to try and scare you, I want to encourage you to become AWARE of how avoiding “the call” can start to affect all parts of your life. Because the call never goes away. You can try to bury it, ignore it, or reject it, but deep down, it's still there, just begging you to answer. www.dantenoelle.com IG @danterosh
Here are the 13 signs It's Time to Answer “The Call”. Have you been saying: “I should really sign up for that improv class” “I've really been wanting to paint again” “I need to call my friend - I haven't talked to her in forever.” “I should start applying for new jobs.” These are “calls”. Nudges from your inner knowing, higher power, intuition, etc. But most of the time, we ignore them, drown them out, and bury them deeper and deeper inside of ourselves. In the first part of this 3 part series, I go over the 13 signs that you are ignoring “the call”. Tune in to learn all the ways you are being nudged without even realizing it. … My new & improved coaching program SHIFT is open for enrollment! Do you have a secret you're too afraid to tell others in fear of what they might think? Well, this secret might be the answer to your story. For many of us, the parts of our story we're too afraid to share with others just might be the answer to the questions: What should I do with my life? What's my purpose? What am I meant to share with the world? How can I move my life forward? How can I "level up" my life? Check out this episode to learn how your mess can become your message. If you follow me on IG, you know I've been working on my negative self talk, perfectionist tendencies, limiting beliefs, insecurities, and fears, all while trying to make new connections by signing up for a community beach volleyball class. As someone who grew up telling themselves: “I'm not coordinated.” “I suck at sports.” “Don't even try, you'll let your teammates down.” It was time for me to step outside my comfort zone, get uncomfortable AF, and sign up for a team sport… the scariest one, IMO. I just finished a second 8-week course and while I haven't died, it's been a painful but powerful learning experience. Tune in to learn about the 8 Things Beach Volleyball Has Taught Me. We all have (at least) one. A vice of some kind. That thing we turn to when we want to avoid, numb, check out, or just unwind. It brings us momentarily relief. Dopamine. But then it brings us pain. In her book, “Dopamine Nation”, Dr. Anna Lembke talks about how the pleasure and pain centers of our brain are so intwined that what goes up (pleasure), must come down (pain) and how our desire to seek non-stop pleasure is actually causing us MORE pain. In this episode, I provide a brief “cliff notes” summary of her book, including some of the tools you'll need to kick your vice to the curb. If you've been questioning your relationship with your favorite dopamine fix and want to learn more about how it could be negatively impacting you, give this episode a listen. I'm finally ready to push myself outside my comfort zone when it comes to nutrition and fitness. After spending the last year focusing on the internal, subconscious, and childhood wounds for why I've struggled with body image and weight loss, it's now time to focus on the outside. I've decided to start the 75 Medium Challenge and in this episode I share about what that is, why I'm doing it, and how I'm setting myself up for success. If you've done a 75 Hard/Medium/Easy Challenge, I'd love to hear from you. Let me know any tips, advice, or words of encouragement you might have. I'm excited to check back in in 75 days and see how much I've grown as a person. IG @danterosh www.dantenoelle.com
In this episode, I share about my recent experience going sober (again). I talk about how alcohol affects me and why it was time to say good-bye (at least temporarily). If you've been a bit sober curious, this episode is for you. www.dantenoelle.com
Do you hate interviews? Are you afraid of bombing and not getting the job? Do you have the mindset of, “Let me just get a job so I can be done with the job search process”? Do you know how to handle the dreaded, “What is your desired salary range” question? Don't worry, I got you. In this episode I provide you with practical tools to help you get your dream job. You'll hear about shifting your mindset (shocking coming from me, I know), operating out of abundance vs. lack, worthiness, authenticity, and more. And ladies, I have a special tip just for you. Give this a listen and step into your next interview feeling empowered and like the bad ass that you are. Best of luck! www.dantenoelle.com
If you've ever wanted something in life, but have been too afraid to go after it, that makes you a living, breathing human being. No one is exempt from fear. No one. In this episode, I provide real life (celebrity... so kind of real life) examples of how some of the biggest names in Hollywood are not exempt from fear, social anxiety, their inner critic, imposter syndrome, not feeling good enough, and self doubt. These are people that have already proven themselves time and time again and yet, anytime they face a new challenge, here comes that fear. My hope is that this episode inspires and empowers you by providing examples of how anyone and everyone is afraid of getting outside their comfort zone and letting you know that you're not alone. You're not weird. You're not lazy. You're not, not good enough. You're just afraid. I end by providing some real life, practical examples of how you can work through that fear and start taking baby steps towards your big dreams and goals. You've got this! I believe in you! www.dantenoelle.com
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or “tapping”) is a great tool for anxiety, depression, emotional or physical pain, and so much more. In this episode, I share my experience with tapping, a quick tutorial, and the best resource to use if you're interested in giving it a try. www.dantenoelle.com
We're talking all things purpose today. I share (what I think is) a cool analogy that will help you get clearer on what “purpose” means, how you can find it, and how it will change and grow as you do. Hint: It's about the journey, more than it's about the destination. I also discuss the importance of taking small incremental steps towards anything you want in life, and how over time, those small steps will add up and change the trajectory of your life. Woah, shit just got deep. PS - I have a new GROUP coaching program - WeSHIFT! Check out the details here: https://www.dantenoelle.com/personal-coaching.
Tune in to hear about a love story of epic proportions that took place on my trip to Paris several years ago. Before you get too excited, it's not that kind of love story. It's even better. www.dantenoelle.com
In this episode, I discuss the power of being in spiritual alignment in your life and the repercussions of being out of whack. We've all had those teachers that changed our lives for the better, and those that we dreaded walking into their classroom. What's the difference? One was in spiritual alignment, and one was not. I talk about the disservice you're doing to yourself and to others when you're living in resistance, rather than in flow. www.dantenoelle.com
As a recovering perfectionist, I share about some ways in which my perfectionist tendencies have held me back in the past, and even today. I talk about how I'm stepping outside my comfort zone and working through my perfectionist mindset in hopes of encouraging my fellow perfectionistas (new word?) to do the same. www.dantenoelle.com
Is the clutter in your home just a reflection of the clutter in your mind? Or vice versa? Or neither? In this episode, I talk about my experience with minimalism and how my space is generally a reflection of what's going on in my mind. I also share about the negative effects of clutter on your mindset, health, and overall well being. www.dantenoelle.com
This week's episode is all about leaving things that are no longer meant for you. I get all in my feels as I keep it real and share about my experiences leaving situations/places that were no longer helping me grow. It can be easy in this Instagrammable world to interpret others' victories as effortless, without really seeing or understanding what they went through to get there. I don't want to be that person. I want you to see the ugliness, crunchiness, and discomfort, because change is f*cking hard. But it's also the most beautiful, rewarding, fulfilling thing you'll ever do, so don't worry, I won't leave you with only doom and gloom either. I hope you can apply my stories and experiences to your life and ask yourself, “Girl, is it time to leave?”.
Have you ever risked your life for your job? If you have, girrrrrl... you did too much! I know, because I have... sort of. You'll just have to listen to find out how. In this episode I reflect on an experience where I took my job WAY too seriously and put myself in a less than favorable position just to make it to work on time. Looking back, I can love and laugh at that version of me. She took work, and herself way too seriously. I hope this episode serves as a reminder that life is short, and at the end of the day, the only person's opinion, validation, and happiness you are responsible for is your own. www.dantenoelle.com
Ep 37 - Girl, You're Doing Too Much by Classy AF
How come we allow so much of our lives to happen “to” us instead of getting clear about what WE really want and then going after THAT? In this episode, I talk about making decisions based on your intuition vs. ego, getting clear on what you really want, and how to balance control vs. knowing when to surrender.
While most of us look to our companies, supervisors, and job boards to tell us what our next career move should be, the real answer to everything you want in life is within you. It's when you stop allowing life to happen TO you and making life happen FOR you, that you'll experience true fulfillment, freedom, and joy. In this episode, I share more about what that looks like and you'll walk away with some homework to help you get clarity about what it is you want for your future. www.dantenoelle.com
Today I'm getting real and raw as I share about my recent goal to drink less. Everything in moderation is great, but I realized I was using alcohol as a “crutch” in social situations and it was keeping me from feeling my best, or at my highest vibe. I discovered that relying on that crutch was also preventing me from experiencing some pretty amazing growth in my life. Maybe alcohol isn't your crutch, but I think this episode still has a powerful message for anyone that is regularly engaging in behaviors or activities that don't make them feel their best (AKA every single person out there). www.dantenoelle.com
In this episode I'll share what I think is the most important, yet least implemented step of the goal setting process. I'll describe how it works and why I think it will help you crush your goals. Achieving your goals is really about believing you are worthy and capable of achieving them, and then taking small, incremental steps over time that will eventually create great and lasting change in your life. www.dantenoelle.com The Path to Your Purpose: www.dantenoelle.com/the-path
In this episode, I dive deeper (from Ep. 11) into the concept that YOU are your most important asset! Investing in yourself yields some of the highest return on investment (ROI) you'll ever experience. And don't worry, my financial analogies don't end there. I also talk about how investing in yourself eventually leads to compound interest - your investment will grow quicker and quicker the more you invest in yourself - since you're taking what you learned into each new “up level” of your life. The question is… do you believe you are worthy of investing in? www.dantenoelle.com The Path to Your Purpose: www.dantenoelle.com/the-path
I grew up feeling intense pressure around the question, “What is my purpose?” No one pressured me, it was just an energy I inflicted on myself. Finding your purpose can feel very intense, but it can also be a fun, enjoyable experience if you let it. In this episode, I teach you how NOT to be like me. What I learned from years of pressuring myself to finding my purpose and how I want better for you. My goal is to empower, excite, and encourage you to be intentional about finding your purpose, but to remove the pressure and just have fun with it. If I gave you a magic wand and asked you to wave it over your life, what would your dream life scenario look like? Would you allow yourself to dream really f*ckng big, or would you be too afraid to admit (even to yourself) what it is you really want? Be honest. In this episode I talk about why it's important to dream big and how you can start practicing this skill if it doesn't come easy for you. I'll also share a huge tip on how to not let anyone else squash your bigger than life dreams. dantenoelle.com
As a self development junkie, recovering perfectionist, and "goal getter" who's typically so future focused, I've recently challenged myself to be more intentional about enjoying the journey more than focusing on the destination. In this episode, I share my advice and tools to help you gain a new perspective on celebrating your growth, learning to be happy today (right now), and making the most of everything this short life has to offer. www.dantenoelle.com IG @danterosh

Let me tell you... well, not here... you're going to have to listen to the episode to find out. Sheesh, you think I would make it that easy for you guys?
I believe that life has a funny way of presenting us with the same lessons over and over again until we get the hint. It may be in the form of meeting the same type of person/personality over and over again until we learn how to communicate our boundaries. It may be in the form of making the same financial mistakes or errors, until we learn how to manage our money. And I don't think it's possible to take any shortcuts. When we try to avoid, ignore, or pretend the lesson isn't right there in front of us… surprise… it will just take a different shape and try to get us to learn the lesson a different way. In this episode, I talk about how these lessons showed up for me, the importance of learning the lesson sooner rather than later (no matter how uncomfortable or painful it might be in the moment), and how amazing and freeing it feels to learn the lesson and move forward with your life. I hope it inspires you to take a look around to see if there's a life lesson you've been avoiding and to tackle it head on, instead of hoping it disappears. Need help tackling your battles and learning those lessons? Reach out to me for info about my coaching program where I'll be in your corner, helping you see which lessons the universe might be encouraging you to learn and empowering you to move forward. Happy learning!
For those of you who are unsure of what your life's purpose is, I'm going to let you in on a little secret… the answer is in your story. Whether you're aware of it or not, we all have a story. Our unique experiences, along with our unique perspectives about those experiences can give us major insight as to what work would be most fulfilling. The crazy part is, most of us don't have any clue that this is exactly what makes us unique. Exactly what makes us, us. Whether it's your biggest struggles or your biggest triumphs, your life's journey will provide so many of the answers and guidance as to what your life's work is meant to be. We assume everyone goes through these things, or everyone feels the same way we do/did, but that's just not the case. Growing up, I always felt anxious about what I wanted to be when I grew up because I had no idea. Even as an elementary student, I remember having a lot of fear and stress around the topic. So when I was a teenager, and basically ever since then, I've ready so many books, blogs, podcasts, and taken courses about how to find your passion. How to figure out what you should be when you grow up. It's exactly why I want to help people with that now. I know how it feels to be filled with anxiety, to feel lost and stuck and I want to remove that fear as much as I can for others. Other parts of my story (both my struggles and my victories) are incorporated into the work I get to do everyday. What is YOUR story? What SOLUTIONS can your story provide to others going through something similar? In this episode of Classy AF, I walk you through how to do an exercise, call Story and Solutions to help you get to the bottom of what your purpose is. If you believe you're meant for more, but you have no idea what that means or looks like, you'll want to listen to this episode!
Do you always feel like you're short on time? Like there's just never enough time? Especially to do the things YOU want to do? After spending almost two years without a “home”, you'll hear my thoughts on the pros and cons of being a nomad. Even if you're not a traveler, you'll get some AHA moments and truth bombs in this episode. I talk about: what even makes a “home”? Is home really where the heart is? Can you feel at “home” even though you don't have a home? I currently have some openings for 1:1 coaching! This week's episode is all about the times I've invested in myself and how it's paid off for me. We're never really taught the importance of self-investment and self-development, so I'm here to shout about it from the rooftops. You are worthy and worth investing in. Listen to find out all the ways you can benefit from investing in your growth and development.
This episode is all about the first time I made an "unpopular" decision. Meaning, it wasn't what others thought was best, but I knew it was the right decision for me. I felt the need to constantly defend that decision, and I felt insecure and judged for my choice. Since then, I've made lots of "unpopular" decisions that were outside the norm, but the more I do it, the more I build the confidence in my decision making skills and the less I feel the need to defend my choices to others. I hope this episode inspires you make decisions that are best for you, and to worry less about what others think about them. Happy listening!
