The different social groups that were traditionally used, and how these morphed into something else entirely once British administrators in the 19th century decided they wanted to try understand the people they ruled in India, and how this has implications today both in India and the diaspora. You've probably noticed how much fake content is popping up everywhere - right? It's hard to know what's real anymore, especially as AI becomes part of the mix in business and marketing. In this episode, I'm tackling one of the biggest questions I get from my clients and often hear at industry events: How can you use AI in your marketing without losing the authentic, human voice your clients connect to? I get it - we all want to save time and make things easier in our business, but does letting AI do the heavy lifting mean we lose that unique “spark” our audience loves? I share real examples from my own business (and my clients), showing that it's possible to blend smart automation with genuine, personal connection. My goal is for you to walk away with some practical ways to use these tools without sacrificing your authentic energy - or turning into a robot yourself! Curious what we unpack in this episode? Here's a sneak peek: Why is authenticity so much more powerful than we might think, even more than love? I share fascinating studies on the energy that comes from something real. What are my go-to ways to use AI to help with content creation, without letting it overtake my voice? (Hint: It still starts with YOU.) How can you use AI bots to boost your client's experience, like creating a client avatar or handy calculators - while keeping things personalized? What's the smartest way to use an AI chatbot on your sales page, so it helps prospects instantly, but never tries to impersonate you? If you're wondering how to make technology your friend (not your clone!) and keep your marketing authentic, this episode has the answers. Catch it now and start using AI the smart, human way. ...................................................... Feeling unclear about your niche? Bask in the divine glow (and probably a few judgmental stares) as we ascend into the celestial tiers of tabletop gaming. Wings, halos, and passive-aggressive deities await. Did you miss out on our earlier, holier episodes? Good news! RPGBOT.net is now uploading archived episodes of the RPGBOT.Podcast to YouTube. That means you can binge our past wisdom, war crimes, and winged lectures while pretending to work or praying for better dice rolls. Subscribe now, and receive one free celestial side-eye from a planetar of your choice. SHOW NOTES Summary: The team cracks open the heavens and explores all things Celestial—those upper-planar beings with immaculate vibes and judgmental glowing eyes. From the serene beauty of devas to the bureaucratic nightmare of Inevitables, this episode dissects how Celestials work in your TTRPGs: their lore, how to use them as plot devices, and what happens when your party tries to seduce them (again). With their signature blend of encyclopedic knowledge and chaotic sarcasm, the RPGBOT crew explores: What even is a Celestial? (Hint: It's not just a cleric who moisturizes.) The pantheon of celestial creatures — from unicorns to couatls to things that make angels look like interns. How to use Celestials in your campaigns as guides, gatekeepers, or judgmental ex-boyfriends from the Upper Planes. Playing Celestial-adjacent characters without becoming the party's shining buzzkill. Why DMs love Celestials as moral speed bumps, divine errand runners, and "plot with wings." Alignments, ethics, and radiant damage—aka, “why your murderhobo has trust issues.” Campaign concepts involving Celestials: The angelic war in heaven, the paladin's divine caller ID, and the fallout from killing something with a name like "Seraph of Eternal Grace." KEY TAKEAWAYS: Celestials aren't just pretty faces with glowing swords—they can be plot-critical entities with vast powers and even vaster egos. They work great as moral foils, quest-givers, or that one NPC who insists on “just talking things out.” Radiant damage is what happens when light therapy goes wrong. Celestials in tabletop games should feel alien, awe-inspiring, and occasionally bureaucratic—like divine HR. If your party sees wings and decides to fight first, you might be the problem. The line between “savior” and “divine stalker” is thinner than an astral thread. Couatls are snakes that glow, fly, read your thoughts, and judge your fashion choices. Not all angels are good, not all demons are evil, and not all players understand subtlety. Are you using the Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) approach in assessing autistic language development—or wondering if you should? In this episode of The Preschool SLP Podcast, we cut through the noise to break down what's evidence-based, what's not, and how to make informed, practical decisions starting Monday morning. Whether you're a speech-language pathologist or a parent of a child with autism, this episode will equip you to approach Gestalt language development with discernment and clarity. In This Episode, you'll Learn: What is Gestalt Language Development and where it comes from (Marge Blanc, Barry Prizant, Laura Lee)? Why does current meta-analytic research cast doubt on many GLP intervention programs? Which active ingredients of the Gestalt paradigm align with spontaneous, generative language development? What are the biggest red flags in GLP that may hinder progress? The #1 evidence-based assessment tool you should be using (Hint: It's a spontaneous language sample—only 25 utterances needed!)? How to measure growth using: Repetition reduction, Type-token ratio, Verb diversity, Subject-verb combinations, Syntactic + grammatical complexity? Why do verbs matter more than nouns in assessing vocabulary gains? How to “be discerning like a swan” and combine the best of multiple intervention models? This episode isn't just theory—it's practical, raw, and backed by real research. If you're looking to create impactful change in language development, this is your blueprint.

Show Notes Episode 500(!): Who's Afraid of Grenada? Part 2 of Summer Series 2025 This week Host Dave Bledsoe dressed up in his old Air Force dress uniform and staggered into a bar insisting he was there to “liberate” the Jameson. (His invasion was repulsed by an annoyed bouncer) On the show this week part two of Summer Series 2025 “You Can Have A Little War, As A Treat” continues with 1983's Invasion of Grenada. Along the way we discover that Dave may have covered up a brutal murder in the late 1980's. (Admittedly, the victim was a swan.) Then we dive right into the history of the tiny island nation of Grenada, from its discovery by Columbus, to colonization by the French and the British. From there we discuss how the long claws of Communism grabbed the peaceful island via the construction of an airport. (That was actually paid for by the United Kingdom.) Then we learn why Ronald Reagan sent thousands of US Troops to “rescue” some perfectly safe medical students. (Hint: It was politically expedient.) Our Sponsor this week is the Grenada Tourism Board, who invite you to try a little Pure Grenada! We open the show with news from 1983 and close with Berbice who loves his island. Co-Host Dr. Laura Sicola (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/sicola) VIDEO VERSION: https://mountaintoppodcast.com/youtube My returning guest is Dr. Laura Sicola, TEDx speaker and author of Speaking To Influence: Mastering Your Leadership Voice. The last time she was on, we meant to talk about how to master your leadership voice, but instead ended up talking about how your name matters in dating and attraction. So as promised, she's back to cover what we had originally planned. What's the first step to using your voice to get ahead in your career, and indeed in life? Find out about what Laura calls "the linguistic glass ceiling" and how to blast through it. What are the special communication skills that are unique to leaders? How can high IQ guys fall into traps that are uniquely set for them? As it turns out, the way to make people think you're smart and competent is very similar to how to make them think you're a cool guy. Laura explains that in detail, including how the "dance of communication" ties into it. How do we pigeonhole ourselves into poor leadership communication, simply by overlooking the nuanced finesse required in most situations? Better yet, how do we fix that? How do you adjust both the objective and subjective elements of your communications style based on who exactly you're leading, and in what context? How can you earn respect through your communicative leadership rather than demanding it? What's the real relationship between what you say and how you say it? (Hint: It may not be what you've heard in the past.) How can you "match the energy" of the person you're talking to in a way that builds respect and rapport? What are the big mistakes that even major companies make when attempting to communicate to their customer base in a way that creates admiration and goodwill? Get in on the new VIDEO version of the podcast at https://mountaintoppodcast.com/youtube === HELP US SEND THE MESSAGE TO GREAT MEN EVERYWHERE === The show is now available as a VIDEO version on YouTube. This week, I sat down with the radiant Whitni Miller, also known as BDEmoves on Instagram, a queer sex educator and pleasure coach who's changing the game when it comes to how we talk about sex, desire, and embodiment, especially in the queer community. Together, we explored what it really means to be embodied in midlife and why so many of us still struggle to feel sexually safe—not just physically, but emotionally and relationally. Whitni brings a trauma-informed lens to her work, helping people unpack shame, regulate their nervous systems, and come back home to themselves. We talked about: Why safety (not spontaneity) is the foundation of good sex How queer and same-sex couples deal with libido differences What late bloomers can teach us about authenticity and desire The power of non-sexual touch in long-term relationships How responsive desire isn't broken—it's just misunderstood The absolute joy of reclaiming play and pleasure at any age Whitni also got real about what it takes to share accurate, pleasure-centered sex ed online in the face of constant censorship. Hint: It's hard, it's frustrating, and it's absolutely necessary. She's a fierce advocate for creating digital and real-life spaces where people—especially queer folks—can learn, explore, and thrive. If you've ever wondered, What can we learn from the queer community about sex, intimacy, and communication?—this episode is for you. Whitni's work is bold, honest, and full of compassion. And we do talk a little bit about that, but truly, it is his miracle story that is particularly enchanting...HINT: It's all about CHOICES, or is it MISTAKES, or is it STUBBORNNESS, (you're just gonna have to listen!) To read up about Byron on his website click here! To check out Byron on his other pod, BH Sales Kennel Kelp Holistic Healing Hour click here! (they discuss "H" for Heaven in this one!) PLEASE CONSIDER WRITING A REVIEW OR LEAVING A RATING...it would make my heart SO HAPPY! Your bit of beauty after this very devastating week (the news has all been grim) is something simple, this opening scene from the movie "Love Actually" where we see strangers greeting their loved ones at the airport. The amount of care, of feeling and of just insane LOVE in this clip heals my soul each and every time. It helps however, to get on the right plane, though, so you can actually get to the right airport, so that you can, indeed, give great big hugs when you arrive!

Co-Host B.P. Greycastle (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/greycastle) It's a holiday weekend here in the US, so why not take a bit of a 'vacation' when it comes to topics? This time, we're going completely off the grid with my first-time guest B.P. Greycastle. He is the originator of a theory called 'name colorology', and the author of Your Name And Colors Key To Beauty, Career, Personality, Romance And Success. Basically, he believes your very name itself is color-coded, leading to all sorts of potential revelations...even when it comes to women, sex and dating. Okay, so first of all, how did B.P. come up with this? Hint: It turns out he's building on the work of others. Next, what is actually going on from an objective, physiological standpoint there? And what in the world is the scientific proof for name colorology? How do we 'teleport' information simply by invoking a person's name? And what different sounds in names invoke certain thoughts or emotions? How do the glands in your body govern all of this? And if our personalities and proclivities depend on the letters in our name, is this some sort of predestination gig? Are we either blessed or doomed with women (and by extension, in life) accordingly? Listen in for B.P.'s surprising answer. And what about when you marry a woman and she takes your last name? Are there practical ways we can consider our name and transform ourselves into better men who attract more and better women? All told, my guarantee is this episode is jam-packed with a perspective you've never heard before on women and dating. If this is all still too adjacent to Eastern philosophy or even astrology for your taste, I get it. Even if so, it's always interesting to have guys like B.P. on who bring a whole new perspective that challenges our temporal senses. These episodes don't come around often, but they're a fun change of pace. So the only question left to answer is, 'Are you a double flesh power person, or not?'
