Welcome Back everyone to our podcast! We are now on to Season 2! We are so excited to be back and cannot wait for you to hear our latest episode!Heading into the New Year, everyone gets so caught up in changing themselves and picking out tons of New Year's Resolutions. We all have great intentions for the new year, many of us take this opportunity to diet, exercise, get more sleep, and work harder. Usually only for the first week. Be the middle of January we are back to our normal ways.On this podcast we discuss how to combat losing steam after just two weeks. Step One: write down the goals you have for the end of the year and start tackling it little by little. The world wasn't built in a day, so you will not be able to change yourself in one either! Step Two: start with a small lifestyle change. Katelyn explains how this one small change could make the rest of your goals fall into place. Once you have the firsts change under your belt, then add more goals as you are able!We also exchange ideas on how to get over gym nerves and then best ways to start getting back into working out! If you would like to join us in starting new years with small, attainable goals, use the hashtag #attainablegoals in your social media and we will give you a shout out!Our first goals we are tackling for 2020 are to be in bed by 10 PM every night (for Katelyn) and to go to two workout classes every week (for Caroline). What will yours be?At the end of the month we will do a check in to see how we are doing! And discuss if we had to modify anything! Do not be afraid of modification! You know what is best for you and if you need to alter a goal!Things Mentioned:Caroline's Calendar:Simplified Planner by Emily Leyhttps://www.emilyley.com/
