In Genesis 16, Hagar discovers the God who sees her. Happy Mother's Day!
Abraham decides to help his nephew out, but he's smart about it. On the journey, he meets a king-priest named Melchizedek, and his faith is credited to him as righteousness. There's a lot going on, but let's continue walking through Genesis 14 and 15.
We know Abraham as the forefather of Christianity, but what happened before he demonstrated his faith for God? Surely he had an easy life and everything went his way? Not so fast. Genesis 12-13 teach us some important background on Abraham.
Death is an inescapable fact of life. Death takes everyone, and it even took Jesus. But three days, Jesus rose from the dead, conquering it once and for all. Jesus' resurrection gives hope to believers that death is not the end but only a passageway into eternal life.
God sees the rebellion and pride of humanity and scatters them all over the earth. What is the sin of Nimrod? Why was this tower an act of rebellion? God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.
God sends the flood, but because of Noah's righteousness and obedience, the Lord extends His favor and preserves Noah's family and the seed of the Head-Crusher. For 375 days, Noah and his family live in a floating box, but the Lord remembers Noah and sends him a sign of His new covenant – a rainbow. Let's tackle Genesis 6-9!
Oh boy, one of the most difficult texts in all of Scripture. Let's do this! Who are the Nephilim?
In Genesis 3, Adam and Eve ruin the perfect world God created with their misunderstanding and misquoting of God's Word. The serpent deceives them, and they hand over the keys to the kingdom of this world. What does this mean for us today?
God created humanity to work, and to help him with the work, God made woman out of his side. Everything is good and right in the world, peaking with the creation and marriage of Adam and Eve.
God's creation shows us not just what He made but how He made it. He saved His best creation for last. You are God's masterpiece!
Craig is back from his sabbatical to unpack the very first verse of the Bible. Genesis 1:1 says, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." Neither you nor our world is an accident. God is on the move and always has been!
It takes a lot of faith to see Him who is invisible. It's by faith that we have confidence in God's will and His presence with us. Our house is marked by real, dynamic faith!
What is worship? How do we come together with different musical tastes, preferences, and experiences? Beau shows us that what unites in worship is a love for Jesus.

Confession is a testimony to our faith. Confidence in the Gospel leads us not to hide, but to bring our sins to God so He can forgive and wipe them away. See why believers should adopt a regular habit of confession.
Our souls can be at ease knowing our Bibles are trustworthy and true. Craig takes us on the journey of discovering inspired Scripture.
Craig walks us through the important practice of reading God's Word on a regular basis. The four parts of the dance – reading, reflecting, responding, and resting – help us get depth and meaning from Scripture.
Craig introduces a new series by defining the soul. What is it? Why is important to God? Why should it be important to us?
