IV Therapy is one of the hottest and relatively new recovery treatments today. I wanted to know more about this form of treatment which I first learned about as a way to recover from a hangover or to treat severe dehydration. IV Therapy is one of the best ways to fill in the gaps of your nutrition that you may be missing from the foods and supplements you consume, and maybe one of the best ways to help improve the absorption rate of the micro-nutrition such as the vitamins and minerals that we try to get daily vitamin pills and powders. This is my interview with Massage by M.E. founders Emily Soto and Madelinne Rodriguez. These two dynamic ladies are great friends and two of the best therapeutic massage specialists that I know! I have had over 20 years of experience with massage therapists all over this county during my years of playing professional football and they are two of the best!. I met Emily and Madelinne over 4 years ago at a health and wellness fair, and since then I have come to the AP training facility and performed full-service massages for my clients and I have referred a number of my clients to them, and ALL of them have come back and giving them rave reviews. We dive into their journey into massage therapy and how they developed their specialized massage concept that focuses on recovery and helping the body heal in a natural fashion. They are stars in the Central Florida CrossFit community and are known for getting their clients ready to compete and a high level in a timely fashion. They have a talent for establishing a great rapport with everyone regardless of their fitness level or physical limitation. Madelinne and Emily had such a strong impression several years ago on me that I mention them in my E-book I published earlier this year titled Stay Ahead of the game and Away from Pain, available for free in the links below. Massage by M.E. offers various massage packages and types of massage, everything from traditional massage for stretching and relaxation to Thai massage to a very cool and specific massage technique called Structured Sole which they created for the lower quarter (calve, ankle and foot) of the leg below the knee. If you are looking for a spa massage Massage by M.E. this is not the place for you! But if you are looking for a complete therapeutic massage that is focused on helping you recover and maintain an active lifestyle without any physical limitations Massage by M.E. is the place for you! Massage by M.E. stands for Massage by M-adelinne and E-mily (I just realized that) Check out their website: https://www.massagebymeorlando.com/ Follow Massage by M.E. on FaceBook: https: //www.facebook.com/MassagebyMEOrlando/ Instagram:https: //www.instagram.com/massageby_me/ LinkedIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/emily-soto-20739598/ Enjoy the interview and don't forget to like and subscribe to this channel Check out the GAMEREADY Podcast on all streaming platforms. https://anchor.fm/atlasprotraining Get my Pain management E-Book: Stay Ahead of the Game and Away From Pain https://mailchi.mp/atlasprotraining/training-without-pain --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/gameready20/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/gameready20/support

It's not easy and creating your definition of success is and sometimes you may lose your vision of how to become successful due to a personal set back or you may confuse someone else's definition of success with yours out of some need to be liked or accepted. I am guilty of this but I know who I am at the end of the day and that helps me get back on track to creating my vision of success daily. DR. MITCHELL YASS is the creator of the Yass Method for diagnosing and treating chronic pain. He has stopped thousands from getting unnecessary surgeries and resolved the pain of thousands of others who had surgery that did nothing to alter their pain. Dr. Yass and I dive into the pain and how he developed a method that diagnosis and treats pain for its actual source, not just mindlessly depending on the diagnosis of a test such as an MRI to create a plan of treatment. There is a great amount of valuable information in this interview and the cool thing is that DR.
