Wie Deine innere Haltung Dein Coaching prägt Jedes Coaching beginnt schon weit vor dem Kennenlernen oder der ersten Sitzung mit Klienten. Es geht um Deine Energie, die bewusste Verkörperung und Ausrichtung, mit der Du den Raum öffnest und anderen Menschen begegnest. Dein Sein und Deine Präsenz kreiert und hält den Raum für die Menschen, die zu Dir kommen. Einen Raum, der erst einmal alles da sein lässt. Ohne Druck, ohne sofortige Lösung, ohne Bewertung. Coaching ist für mich ein heilsamer Raum, in dem wir nichts optimieren, reparieren oder gerade rücken müssen. Sondern da sein. Zuhören. Wahrnehmen. Menschen spüren in der Begegnung mit Dir sofort, wieviel Raum Du selbst energetisch einnimmst und wieviel Raum Du dem anderen geben kannst. Wieviel Platz da ist, in dem sich der andere ausdehnen und sein darf – ohne dass Deine Schwingung die Führung übernimmt.
