The purpose of doing that is not just for anchoring energy, but also collect your missing soul pieces left from past lives. By doing so will make you whole and better for your health on physical, emotional, spiritual, all levels. Chronicle illness / disease is from family gene, yes. By collecting soul pieces from going to places will help you repair, but that's only from energetic perspective of it. Every individual is different, but one thing in common we all should have for our life style is moderation. Moderation is a crucial factor of our life style. Ride on this wave of energy with us.
