Step into a powerful, soul-opening conversation with Paul Hutchison and Hada Vanessa on this heart centered episode of Intimate Conversations: Dark Night to Divine Light. Partners in life, love, and service, Paul and Vanessa share a devotion to healing humanity from the inside out through their work with the Child Liberation Foundation and Santuario retreats rooted in sacred medicine, embodiment, and truth. Paul opens up about his journey from extreme wealth and ego-driven success to a humbling reckoning through years of undercover work rescuing trafficked children. Witnessing the darkest expressions of unhealed humanity forced him to confront his own shadows and led him into deep psychedelic somatic healing that transformed how he lives, loves, and leads. Vanessa shares her path as an empath and mother, navigating disconnection, numbing, and the search for safety before sacred medicine brought her home to her body, presence, and love without armor. Together, they tell the extraordinary story of finding each other through inner alignment rather than fantasy, a reminder that love responds to frequency, not force. We explore what conscious partnership truly requires. Presence. Playfulness. The willingness to sit still together without distraction. Paul and Vanessa reveal how slowing down, feeling fully, and choosing devotion over performance creates intimacy that can withstand the darkest nights. We also talk about: -Transforming trauma without bypassing it -"Hell" as lack of awareness vs radical self responsibility -Psychedelic somatic healing and nervous system safety -Conscious partnership rooted in presence and devotion -Love as frequency rather than pursuit -Humor, joy, and play as spiritual practices -Healing the heart as a path to healing the world We had a good laugh that one of my 6 books is called Finding The One is BS, Becoming the One is Brilliant and Beautiful… they are walking emanations of this teaching! AND ironically, it's the key to finding the depth of love they share. This episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing love, worth, and salvation to the outside world, and to go all the way in. It reminds us that intimacy begins within, that presence is the doorway to everything, and that healed hearts truly do heal the world. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! Guest Bio: (Taken from Porsche's Website) www.porscheangelcoaching.netHi! I'm Porsche - A wife, artist, business owner and a mom to several fur-babies over the years. Although these titles have been a part of the dream I envisioned for myself, more than a decade of my life felt like a constant struggle to achieve what mattered most to me: Career fulfillment and love. I graduated with a BA in Communications, started a Masters in Teaching and had managed to climb corporate ladders only to receive subpar compensation and treatment. It also didn't appear to matter how degreed or accoladed I was, as none of my awards, talents or resumes seemed to qualify me for a loving relationship with staying power. Prior to meeting my husband at age 35, I was a world-traveled musician, teacher, model and intern with a fortune 500 company… But, I was chronically single and frustrated with feeling undervalued.Dating options were subpar and the few relationships I found myself in were even more disastrous. Can you relate? With all I'd given to work and to people, I should've had more - More money and more love in my life. It truly wasn't adding up. After so many years of silent desperation, I purposefully set out on a quest to change my life's story. Being confused, lonely or upset was no longer an option. I went through therapy and worked with coach after coach to learn why I had been stuck in the twilight zone of disappointment… why I hadn't been getting what I wanted in a partner and in my career.Like many, I didn't have the parental modeling to show me what success was in either of these areas. In fact, I was shown the complete opposite. Growing up, I saw divorce, strained relationships and working hard to merely survive - I had been programmed to play out the same cycles! If this sounds familiar, you've likely been wired for similar outcomes too. But the biggest thing wasn't just understanding how life ended up the way it did - It wasn't enough to get a diagnosis alone. I had to know what to do about it. More importantly, I wanted to know who I needed to become in order to have the life and love I desired and deserved. My journey of discovery and transformation sparked a passion inside to see others experience the same things as well. For me, there's no greater feeling than to realize and celebrate dreams coming true and making impact in the lives of those around me. It is through this work that I've been able to find and share my light. This is true love, purpose and fulfillment - Let me help you find yours. If you would like to support my channel please consider:buymeacoffee.com/truththath7Thank you for all of your support and for helping to make this channel a reality :)

Send us a textLuciana Stan shares how her own immigration journey from Romania to Canada shaped her life's purpose as a healer. Leaving Romania illegally in 1990 with almost nothing, she came seeking freedom to explore meditation, energy healing, and personal growth—topics forbidden under communism. Severe migraines and emotional trauma from her escape, plus the sudden loss of her mother, pushed her into deep self-healing. Along the way she trained in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, NLP, hypnosis, EFT, havening, and Hawaiian shamanic traditions, eventually creating a specialized program to help (especially) women release trauma at the emotional, neurological, and energetic levels. In her practice, most people arrive with physical symptoms, but Luciana is trained to listen for the unresolved emotional conflicts underneath. She often begins gently with craniosacral and osteopathic work, then introduces deeper tools as trust grows. She works both in person and online, emphasizing that energy follows intention and distance doesn't block connection. Luciana observes a sharp rise in anxiety, depression, and confusion in teenagers and young adults—worsened by the pandemic and cultural pressures—and believes natural, integrative modalities are more needed than ever. She contrasts the openness to new healing methods in today's Romania with Canada, where she feels effective modalities are increasingly restricted by pharmaceutical and regulatory interests.Beyond hands-on work, Luciana offers Akashic Records readings to those who request them, using this “book of the soul” to reveal and clear repeating patterns from past lives and ancestral lines, creating real shifts in the present. She describes herself as a “surgeon of the heart,” removing energetic and emotional “tumors” so physical issues can truly resolve, not just be managed. Her self-healing workbook Healing Hearts guides readers step by step through root causes, emotions, boundaries, and forgiveness, but she stresses that transformation requires doing the exercises, not just reading. Luciana believes God is a living presence within everyone—beyond religion or buildings—and that our health is our greatest wealth. Her final message is an invitation for people to listen deeply to their feelings, take simple daily steps like meditation and breathwork, and, when ready, seek professional support so their healing—and empowerment—can accelerate.#energyhealing #energyhealer #NLP #osteopath #hypnosis #teenagersOm Spirituality Energy Alchemist We Are Healing Energy Purposeful Teenagers&Twenties Akashic Records Jill Hart This is a public episode. From the healing ceremonies at Wounded Knee to her work with the Grandmothers Society, Grandmother Ejna Jean Fleury shares a living teaching on consciousness, remembrance, and the return of the Divine Feminine.Host Joy Gilfilen welcomes Grandmother Ejna Jean Fleury — Miniconjou, Oglala, Hunkpapa, and Ihanktonwan of the Great Sioux Nation; First Peace Ambassador of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe; and founder of the Crow Creek Kunsi / Unci Grandmothers Society, Divine Mothers Love, Sacred Earth Council, and Healing Hearts at Wounded Knee.Recorded just before she opened an international women's congress, this spontaneous conversation became a teaching on healing, consciousness, and the sacred feminine. Grandmother Ejna recounts her journey from the ceremonies at Wounded Knee — where she has led healing gatherings for decades — to her global outreach connecting the Divine Mother traditions found in cultures around the world. She speaks of the quantum reality of love as a field of life itself — a living energy that unites all beings beyond the boundaries of culture, language, or form. Through story, memory, and ceremony, she calls us to return to that field, to remember our relationship with Mother Earth, and to live as conscious caretakers of creation. This episode is both personal and universal — a remembrance of who we truly are and a call to embody peace in every choice we make.Healing Hearts at Wounded Knee

In this conversation, we discuss how emotional blocks form, how they impact your life, and how releasing them may open the door to deeper healing and greater potential. If you have ever felt guarded, stuck, or emotionally weighed down, this episode may change the way you see your heart and your future. If we can offer them our presence and undivided attention, even if just for ten minutes a day, either through reading to or with them, or going for a walk, or simply doing something they love to do, they learn to look forward to and count on that time with you. ENCORE: This episode was first published in Sept. 2023.In 1998, a young Norwegian exercise physiologist found that a technique he had used to help Olympic athletes could help heart patients too. But his idea made doctors sweat. One famous cardiologist told him that if he used his technique in human heart attack patients, he "would kill them."Today's show looks at what happened when our researcher, Ulrik Wisløff, defied the experts — and built a career learning how high intensity interval training can help everyone from heart patients and ageing Baby Boomers, and possibly even Alzheimer's patients — but not in the way you might think!Today's guests are Ulrik Wisløff, Dorthe Stensvold and Atefe Tari. Here's a link to a rat on a treadmill photo. Shakira BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.Shakira has commanded headlines over the past few days with a blend of compassion, business savvy, and continued global superstardom. Following the devastating floods in Kerr County, Texas, she landed in San Antonio for a sold-out concert as part of her blockbuster Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, which is already lauded as the most successful of her career. Shakira took to Instagram and X to express heartfelt condolences to affected families, saying she was “devastated to hear the news of the flooding, the deaths, and the girls still missing,” and offering her prayers. What set her actions apart was her decision to donate a portion of her San Antonio concert proceeds to disaster relief funds through Catholic Charities, making headlines in Fox San Antonio and Fierce by Mitú for turning the show into “a moment of healing.”Fan accounts and music magazines, including The Heart Sounds, captured the energy outside the Alamodome as fans raved about her performance and her commitment to the community. According to Wikipedia, fundraising was not a one-off gesture—her pledge and outreach were widely praised as an example of a megastar leveraging her platform for urgent humanitarian causes.Business-wise, Shakira has been busy expanding her brand footprint. She made waves on Instagram and in entertainment news by highlighting her new haircare line, Isima, now available nationwide at Ulta Beauty locations. She personally thanked Ulta on Instagram and gushed about the product's look and scent, fueling buzz among her fanbase and beauty followers. According to Geo TV, her recent posts also reflect a spirit of gratitude and personal growth, with Shakira openly sharing reflections on healing after her widely publicized split from Gerard Piqué. She told GQ and Us Weekly that writing music has been her lifeline and that “the healing process is long,” though she's now embracing new beginnings with her sons.Tour-wise, demand continues to surge. Shakira recently announced additional dates in Mexico and the US—including new shows at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and in Fresno, fueled by overwhelming ticket sales—according to her official Instagram and press outlets. Anticipation is also building over speculation about a UK tour, with industry sources suggesting negotiations are underway for Shakira's first major UK return since 2018.As July unfolds, Shakira stands at the intersection of music, philanthropy, and entrepreneurship, generating headlines for both her onstage triumphs and her offstage empathy.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOta
Guest Irene Stern Frielich is the daughter of a German Jewish Holocaust survivor—but for much of her life, the story remained unspoken. In 2017, after rediscovering her father's testimony, Irene set out to physically retrace his escape route from Nazi Germany through his survival in Holland. The result was a journey of reconciliation and healing. Her award-winning memoir, Shattered Stars, Healing Hearts, explores trauma, courage, and connection across generations. Why This Episode Matters In this deeply moving conversation, Irene discusses the memoir that retraces her father's footsteps across Germany and Holland during World War II. Sparked by the 2017 Charlottesville rally, she embarked on multiple research trips to understand her father's wartime experience, including his escape during Kristallnacht at age 12 and being hidden for two-and-a-half years in an attic. Through visiting actual locations and meeting descendants of both rescuers and perpetrators, Irene discovered the concept of inherited family trauma and began her own healing process. The conversation explores themes of courage, historical memory, and the power of standing where history happened. Three Important Takeaways Inherited family trauma affects multiple generations - Both descendants of Holocaust victims and perpetrators carry psychological impacts from their family histories, often without fully understanding these influences until later in life. Physical presence at historical sites creates a profound connection - Standing where events occurred provides emotional and spiritual experiences that reading about history cannot replicate, offering deeper understanding and healing opportunities. Human connection transcends historical divisions - Meeting descendants of both rescuers and those who harmed her family allowed Irene to find common ground and begin healing conversations across historical divides. In this replay episode from 2023, we return to the world of ACHD when we review a recent German research paper on the prevalence of PTSD symptoms amongst the ACHD patient group. How common is this type of symptom observed in the ACHD patient group? What contributes to the high prevalence (17-20.5%) described in this work? What are the benefits of 'embedding' a mental health care worker in the ACHD clinic/program? What strategies can be employed in pediatric cardiology to potentially mitigate PTSD symptoms in our future ACHD patients?
