Healing Hearts! "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" Psalm 147:3 "Healing Begins with His Love!" In other words, 'restoration is not earned; it is received, because God's love meets us before our wounds have names.' The path to emotional restoration starts with the unconditional love God offers us. Psalm 147:3 beautifully illustrates this by stating, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." In moments of weariness, remember that divine comfort is readily available. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18 that "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." This assurance means that we are never alone; God walks beside us, ready to mend what feels fragmented. Each time we release our burdens to Him, we open our hearts to the healing power of His presence. Matthew 11:28 says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Remember, "Healing begins where striving ends — when we let God's unconditional love hold what we cannot fix, our burdens become lighter." So, let us seek solace in His embrace and allow His peace to wash over us. Let us lay down the weight we weren't built to carry; in His hands, even our sigh becomes a song of rest. Jesus offered peace, a profound calm that transcends our understanding. As you journey toward healing, remember that "A healed heart can heal others." When we experience the richness of God's love, we are empowered to share that love widely, offering healing to those around us. Let your heart be a beacon of hope; you never know who might be inspired by your journey. Amen. John 14:27 says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Amen. Prayer for the Day!Heavenly Father, we come before You in gratitude for Your unwavering love. Thank You for healing our hearts and comforting our spirits. Lord, heal my heart and help me to be a source of healing for others, reflecting Your love in every interaction. Grant me patience when I am weary, kindness when I am wronged, and wisdom when I am unsure. Teach me to forgive quickly, to listen deeply, and to speak words that build up and not tear down. Fill me with Your peace so that I may carry calm into anxious places, and with Your joy so that I may brighten the heavy hearts around me. In Jesus name. Amen.https://maglife.org

Guest Dr. James E. Young is Distinguished University Professor of English and Judaic Studies Emeritus at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he has taught since 1988, and Founding Director of the Institute forHolocaust, Genocide, and Memory Studies at UMass Amherst. Professor Young is the author of Writing and Rewriting the Holocaust (Indiana University Press, 1988), The Texture of Memory (Yale University Press, 1993), which won the National Jewish Book Award in 1994, At Memory's Edge: After-images of the Holocaust in Contemporary Art and Architecture (Yale University Press, 2000), and The Stages of Memory: Reflections on Memorial Art, Loss, and the Spaces Between (University of Massachusetts Press, 2016), which won the National Council for PublicHistory Book Award for 2017. Professor Young is a frequent consultant and judge on proposed memorials. Co-host Irene Stern Frielich was a guest on Episode 370: "Walking Where History Happened: A Daughter's Holocaust Journey." Irene is the daughter of a German Jewish Holocaust survivor—but for much of her life, the story remained unspoken. In 2017, after rediscovering her father's testimony, Irene set out to physically retrace his escape route from Nazi Germany through his survival in Holland. The result was a journey of reconciliation and healing. Her award-winning memoir, Shattered Stars, Healing Hearts, explores trauma, courage, and connection across generations. Summary Dr. James Young explores how memorials differ from monuments and how they shape collective memory. While monuments are often static and fixed, memorials are dynamic, experiential spaces that invite visitors to engage emotionally and physically—becoming part of what Dr. Young calls the "performance" of memory. Drawing on examples such as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Holocaust memorials, and the 9/11 Memorial, Dr. Young explains that the most effective memorials balance abstraction and history, allowing visitors to interpret meaning across generations. He emphasizes that powerful designs avoid prescribing a single emotional response; instead, they open space for reflection, discomfort, and personal connection. Dr. Young also highlights the importance of naming individuals, noting that listing victims humanizes loss and magnifies its scale. He discusses innovative approaches like "meaningful adjacencies" at the 9/11 Memorial and decentralized memorials such as Stolpersteine (stumbling stones), which embed remembrance into everyday life and create ongoing engagement. A recurring theme is "living memory"—memorials that evolve through participation, maintenance, and reinterpretation by future generations. Dr. Young acknowledges the tension in memorializing tragedies in which communities no longer exist, stressing the need to restore not just the absence but the lives once lived. Ultimately, he invites visitors to approach memorials with openness, allowing their own emotional responses to deepen understanding of history and self. The Essential Point The most powerful memorials don't dictate meaning—they create spaces where visitors actively experience, interpret, and carry forward memory in ways that remain meaningful across generations. "And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” Mark 16:17–18 Have you ever paused to consider the incredible power of prayer? It's like a bridge that connects us to the divine, allowing the healing waters of grace to flow into every crevice of our lives. Just as a small seed can grow into a towering tree, our prayers can bring forth miraculous outcomes, even in the most unexpected ways. As Mark 16:17–18 reminds us, and highlights the transformative nature of faith and prayer as tools for healing. Consider the story of Peter and John at the Temple Gate in Acts 3. When they met the lame man, they didn't offer him mere words; instead, they extended the healing touch of God through prayer. Their act was not just about physical healing, but rather a profound demonstration of God's love and power. This incredible event points to a deeper truth: when we pray for others, we become vessels through which God can work miracles, changing lives forever.  James 5:14 says, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord." Remember, "Prayer is more than words — it's an invitation to let heaven intercede in our circumstances." It's akin to a river that flows with life-giving water, refreshing all it touches. When we call upon God, we are tapping into an abundant source of hope and restoration. As Matthew 10:8 encourages us, “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.” Our responsiveness in prayer not only blesses us but also empowers us to be instruments of healing for others. Let's take a moment to focus on someone who needs healing today. Picture their face as you pray for them. With every prayer, we not only seek healing but also invite openness and possibility into their lives. So, let's make “Healing Hearts, Changing Lives!” our anthem, echoing the very heartbeat of Jesus. Miracles will arise not just as personal testimonies, but as collective affirmations of God's goodness. Amen. Luke 10:9 says, "Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you." Amen. Prayer for the Day! By Your name, I command healing, breakthrough, and boldness to speak life. Let miracles point others to Jesus and let every heart encounter Your love in profound ways. May those who are weary find strength in Your presence, and may hope arise in the darkest places. Empower us to be vessels of Your grace, sharing stories of transformation and faith. Let our actions reflect Your goodness, drawing others into a deeper relationship with You. In Jesus name. Amen.

Lilith Untamed, healing the feminine, and a powerful week of astrologyThis week on the Mainly Moonology podcast, Yasmin is joined by astrologer Christina Rodenbeck, also known as the Oxford Astrologer. Together they explore the astrology of the week ahead and dive deep into one of astrology's most fascinating archetypes: Black Moon Lilith. If you're feeling intense emotions, powerful insights, or a push to make real changes in your life, the astrology this week may well explain why.The week begins with a beautiful and dreamy combination as Mars harmonises with Jupiter while the Sun meets Neptune. This energy can feel uplifting, imaginative and expansive. It's ideal for dreaming big, visualising what you want to create and reconnecting with your intuition. Just be mindful of over-indulgence, because Neptune energy can blur boundaries and make everything feel a little bit hazy.Later in the week the tone shifts as the Sun aligns with Saturn before forming a supportive connection with Pluto. This brings the perfect moment to move from dreaming to planning. Saturn helps us get serious, organise our ideas and create a strategy. Pluto then adds the power of transformation, encouraging us to take action and start making real changes. One of the most meaningful moments of the week comes when Venus meets Chiron, the wounded healer. This alignment invites us to look honestly at our relationships, our self-worth and our experiences of love. It can bring old wounds to the surface but also offers a chance for deep healing. In fact, this may be the final Venus-Chiron conjunction in Aries before Chiron leaves the sign, making it a symbolic moment for releasing long-held pain and choosing to move forward with greater self-understanding.The conversation then turns to the larger backdrop of the year: the powerful Saturn–Pluto sextile. These two planets working together can bring real momentum for change. Saturn represents discipline, structure and effort, while Pluto represents deep transformation and the clearing away of what no longer serves. When they cooperate like this, it's a reminder that meaningful change often comes through commitment and steady work. Finally, Yasmin and Christina explore Black Moon Lilith, the focus of Christina's new book Lilith Untamed. Lilith is not a physical body but a mathematical point in the Moon's orbit, often associated with the untamed, wild or rejected aspects of ourselves. Guest Karen Berman, Ph.D., Chaired the Department of Theatre and Dance at Georgia College and previously taught for 15 years at Georgetown University. She is Dean Emerita, College of Fellows of the American Theatre; Past President of the Association for Theatre in Higher Education; Director of 150 Holocaust and other theatre productions; and winner of the Georgia Governor's Award for the Arts and the Hillel Heroes Award. Karen is co-Artistic Director of Washington Women in Theatre. She is the co-author with Dr. Gail Humphries of the two-volume work, Stories of the Holocaust: Art for Healing and Renewal. Summary In this episode, Jeff and co-host Irene Stern Frielich speak with Dr. Karen Berman about the role of the arts in Holocaust education and remembrance. Dr. Berman discusses her five-year project to co-edit two volumes featuring 33 contributors who explore how theater, music, visual art, and film illuminate the Holocaust and its aftermath. The books argue that the arts can foster empathy, healing, and social responsibility while inspiring people to become "upstanders" who actively oppose hate and injustice. The conversation explores how artistic expression functioned as both resistance and survival during the Holocaust. A powerful example is the performance of Verdi's Requiem in the Theresienstadt concentration camp, where imprisoned singers used music as a form of spiritual defiance against their captors. The discussion also examines how Holocaust education is evolving. Scholars and educators are increasingly shifting from purely historical instruction toward approaches that engage students emotionally and morally through storytelling, performance, and immersive technologies such as virtual reality and holographic survivor testimony. Ultimately, the episode emphasizes that art has the power to humanize history, deepen empathy, and transform audiences into witnesses. By connecting personal stories with creative expression, educators and artists can ensure that Holocaust memory remains meaningful—and that the lessons of history inspire moral action today. Step into a powerful, soul-opening conversation with Paul Hutchison and Hada Vanessa on this heart centered episode of Intimate Conversations: Dark Night to Divine Light. Partners in life, love, and service, Paul and Vanessa share a devotion to healing humanity from the inside out through their work with the Child Liberation Foundation and Santuario retreats rooted in sacred medicine, embodiment, and truth. Paul opens up about his journey from extreme wealth and ego-driven success to a humbling reckoning through years of undercover work rescuing trafficked children. Witnessing the darkest expressions of unhealed humanity forced him to confront his own shadows and led him into deep psychedelic somatic healing that transformed how he lives, loves, and leads. Vanessa shares her path as an empath and mother, navigating disconnection, numbing, and the search for safety before sacred medicine brought her home to her body, presence, and love without armor. Together, they tell the extraordinary story of finding each other through inner alignment rather than fantasy, a reminder that love responds to frequency, not force. We explore what conscious partnership truly requires. Presence. Playfulness. The willingness to sit still together without distraction. Paul and Vanessa reveal how slowing down, feeling fully, and choosing devotion over performance creates intimacy that can withstand the darkest nights. We also talk about: -Transforming trauma without bypassing it -"Hell" as lack of awareness vs radical self responsibility -Psychedelic somatic healing and nervous system safety -Conscious partnership rooted in presence and devotion -Love as frequency rather than pursuit -Humor, joy, and play as spiritual practices -Healing the heart as a path to healing the world We had a good laugh that one of my 6 books is called Finding The One is BS, Becoming the One is Brilliant and Beautiful… they are walking emanations of this teaching! AND ironically, it's the key to finding the depth of love they share.  This episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing love, worth, and salvation to the outside world, and to go all the way in. It reminds us that intimacy begins within, that presence is the doorway to everything, and that healed hearts truly do heal the world. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! Guest Bio: (Taken from Porsche's Website) www.porscheangelcoaching.netHi! I'm Porsche - A wife, artist, business owner and a mom to several fur-babies over the years. Although these titles have been a part of the dream I envisioned for myself, more than a decade of my life felt like a constant struggle to achieve what mattered most to me: Career fulfillment and love. I graduated with a BA in Communications, started a Masters in Teaching and had managed to climb corporate ladders only to receive subpar compensation and treatment. It also didn't appear to matter how degreed or accoladed I was, as none of my awards, talents or resumes seemed to qualify me for a loving relationship with staying power. Prior to meeting my husband at age 35, I was a world-traveled musician, teacher, model and intern with a fortune 500 company… But, I was chronically single and frustrated with feeling undervalued.Dating options were subpar and the few relationships I found myself in were even more disastrous. Can you relate? With all I'd given to work and to people, I should've had more - More money and more love in my life. It truly wasn't adding up. After so many years of silent desperation, I purposefully set out on a quest to change my life's story. Being confused, lonely or upset was no longer an option. I went through therapy and worked with coach after coach to learn why I had been stuck in the twilight zone of disappointment… why I hadn't been getting what I wanted in a partner and in my career.Like many, I didn't have the parental modeling to show me what success was in either of these areas. In fact, I was shown the complete opposite. Growing up, I saw divorce, strained relationships and working hard to merely survive - I had been programmed to play out the same cycles! If this sounds familiar, you've likely been wired for similar outcomes too. But the biggest thing wasn't just understanding how life ended up the way it did - It wasn't enough to get a diagnosis alone. I had to know what to do about it. More importantly, I wanted to know who I needed to become in order to have the life and love I desired and deserved. My journey of discovery and transformation sparked a passion inside to see others experience the same things as well. For me, there's no greater feeling than to realize and celebrate dreams coming true and making impact in the lives of those around me. It is through this work that I've been able to find and share my light. This is true love, purpose and fulfillment - Let me help you find yours. If you would like to support my channel please consider:buymeacoffee.com/truththath7Thank you for all of your support and for helping to make this channel a reality :)

Send us a textLuciana Stan shares how her own immigration journey from Romania to Canada shaped her life's purpose as a healer. Leaving Romania illegally in 1990 with almost nothing, she came seeking freedom to explore meditation, energy healing, and personal growth—topics forbidden under communism. Severe migraines and emotional trauma from her escape, plus the sudden loss of her mother, pushed her into deep self-healing. Along the way she trained in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, NLP, hypnosis, EFT, havening, and Hawaiian shamanic traditions, eventually creating a specialized program to help (especially) women release trauma at the emotional, neurological, and energetic levels. In her practice, most people arrive with physical symptoms, but Luciana is trained to listen for the unresolved emotional conflicts underneath. She often begins gently with craniosacral and osteopathic work, then introduces deeper tools as trust grows. She works both in person and online, emphasizing that energy follows intention and distance doesn't block connection. Luciana observes a sharp rise in anxiety, depression, and confusion in teenagers and young adults—worsened by the pandemic and cultural pressures—and believes natural, integrative modalities are more needed than ever. She contrasts the openness to new healing methods in today's Romania with Canada, where she feels effective modalities are increasingly restricted by pharmaceutical and regulatory interests.Beyond hands-on work, Luciana offers Akashic Records readings to those who request them, using this “book of the soul” to reveal and clear repeating patterns from past lives and ancestral lines, creating real shifts in the present. She describes herself as a “surgeon of the heart,” removing energetic and emotional “tumors” so physical issues can truly resolve, not just be managed. Her self-healing workbook Healing Hearts guides readers step by step through root causes, emotions, boundaries, and forgiveness, but she stresses that transformation requires doing the exercises, not just reading. Luciana believes God is a living presence within everyone—beyond religion or buildings—and that our health is our greatest wealth. Her final message is an invitation for people to listen deeply to their feelings, take simple daily steps like meditation and breathwork, and, when ready, seek professional support so their healing—and empowerment—can accelerate.#energyhealing #energyhealer #NLP #osteopath #hypnosis #teenagersOm Spirituality Energy Alchemist We Are Healing Energy Purposeful Teenagers&Twenties Akashic Records Jill Hart This is a public episode. Guest Irene Stern Frielich is the daughter of a German Jewish Holocaust survivor—but for much of her life, the story remained unspoken. Why This Episode Matters In this deeply moving conversation, Irene discusses the memoir that retraces her father's footsteps across Germany and Holland during World War II. Sparked by the 2017 Charlottesville rally, she embarked on multiple research trips to understand her father's wartime experience, including his escape during Kristallnacht at age 12 and being hidden for two-and-a-half years in an attic. Through visiting actual locations and meeting descendants of both rescuers and perpetrators, Irene discovered the concept of inherited family trauma and began her own healing process. The conversation explores themes of courage, historical memory, and the power of standing where history happened. Three Important Takeaways Inherited family trauma affects multiple generations - Both descendants of Holocaust victims and perpetrators carry psychological impacts from their family histories, often without fully understanding these influences until later in life. Physical presence at historical sites creates a profound connection - Standing where events occurred provides emotional and spiritual experiences that reading about history cannot replicate, offering deeper understanding and healing opportunities. Human connection transcends historical divisions - Meeting descendants of both rescuers and those who harmed her family allowed Irene to find common ground and begin healing conversations across historical divides.
