We made it to Day 5. How are you feeling? Today, we're focusing on the energy center that ties everything together, the Anahata or the Heart Chakra. This is the 4th chakra, located right in the center of your chest. Think of it as the bridge between your physical self and your spiritual self. When we've been through a lot, this area can feel a little tight or guarded. Today's practice is all about gently leaning into that space and giving your heart permission to soften. In today's episode were chatting about: The Bridge of the Body. Why the 4th chakra is the key to balancing your earthly needs with your higher wisdom. The Color of Healing: Visualizing soft green light to soothe emotional friction. The Practice: Were going to place a hand directly on the center of the chest. As you breathe, imagine a soft emerald-green light expanding with every inhale. With every exhale, feel the tension in your upper back and chest dissolve. You aren't forcing your heart to open. You're just making it safe enough for it to happen on its own. A Little Reminder for Your Day: Your heart is incredibly resilient. It has survived every hard day you've ever had. Please join us for the fourth Celestial Galactic Upgrade recorded from Mt. Shasta.  In this fourth protocol and rewiring we create the Power Bridge or Wisarga in Hindu which connects the inner head chakras (the Brahmarandra Chakra) to the Crown Chakra slightly above the head.  When this power bridge of fine mental matter is formed then the 12 Inner Lotus Petals of the Crown Chakra (also known as the Guru Chakra) can go into finer resonance with the 12 Lotus Petals of the Heart.  This transmission more fully and delicately attunes the Pillar of Light and particularly the portion above the head (the Antahkarana) to higher frequencies of light.  You will be able to discern the whisper of your higher self, go into stillness, answer deeper questions from the soul, and access your inner teacher or inner guru.The protocol for the Power Bridge consists of the following seven steps that will be carried out in a 50 minute transmission guided by the Divine, Our Guides and Teachers, and the Celestial Galactics.1.  Connect the throat chakra to the third eye.  This connects the energy of the lungs and throat to the Golden Triangle created in the first three Celestial Galactics Upgrades (Alta Major, third eye, and Du-20 point at the top of head).  We will energize the Golden Triangle so you do not have to have done the previous upgrades.  This connection from the throat center adds the creativity and self-expression to the Antahkarana (Pillar of Light).2.  We then will connect the third eye to the Brahmarandra Chakra.  The Brahmarandhra Chakra is situated right beneath the top of the skull and includes the pineal gland.3.  The Brahmarandhra Chakra will be connected to the top of the head at Du-20 (Tian Men) energy point.  4.  This connection forms the Power Bridge which is also known as the Wisarga in Hindu.5.  This bridge of fine mental matter will fully connect the Brahmarandhra Chakra to the Crown Chakra which is located slightly above the head.6.  When the Crown Chakra is activated by the Power Bridge then the 12 inner lotus petals of the Crown Chakra, also known as the Guru Chakra, becomes activated.7.  These 12 lotus petals of the Crown Chakra will then go into resonance with the 12 lotus petals of the Heart Chakra.
