Friend of the show Jasin Quimby stopped by for an enjoyable conversation about a range of topics, including building a company culture that allows growth and development of its people and creates a team that stands together and builds its brand as a unit. We also talked about his recent career change and the impact he will be able to provide. A great hour that went by super fast.

Chuck and Jeremy went golfing. It was Jeremy's first time ever playing real Golf, and we got paired with a total stranger that was taking it far more seriously. We also found out about Eric's amazing High School Football and Basketball careers and learned that Ant was a Center. We also announced the winners of Free Gas Friday and announced the new Rio Blanco Roofing & Solar. All this and much, much more. Only on Keepin It Rio.

Episode 72 has some pretty good content. We start with DJ Ant, who takes us live on the scene as he DJ's a San Antonio wedding. We also have a check-in from our friend Troy from Nashville, who had an experience while on vacation in California that has him swearing off of recreational activities from now on. All this, plus the Taco Cabana rat video and Chuck's surprise appearance on the local news.

Episode 71 will be a classic. Maybe. Well, we have special Guest Diego Dante stopping by for a quick chat about his 100 Mile June Challenge and how it all came about. We also might just have Eric live on the scene at Rio Blanco's Business Networking Event in Tyler. That's on him, but it would be pretty cool. Only one way to see if it happens.

She owns a Roofing company and is using her experience to change the way things are being done in the Industry. She has created One Industry One Model and gone on the road to teach her system to the industry while maintaining her role as a Mom and keeping a balance in life. This was a great hour with a ton of value and a lot of fun.

On today's Keepin It Rio, we welcome our friend @BestDamnRoofer to the show to talk about his ongoing projects and some of the fun he's been dealing with because of some angry people. We also give a shoutout to our great friend Ben Menchaca upon the shocking news of his sudden passing. It's a sad and funny episode and definitely worth the listen.

Brandon has come a long way in a pretty short time. His determination to overcome his past and be a success has led him to where he's at today, which is a very nice situation. His story is inspiring and his mindset screams winning. This is a really good episode.

Keepin It Rio Episode 59 features Larry Andrews, Owner of 777 Roofing & Construction in Mustang, Oklahoma. Larry runs an amazing company, but his journey has been anything but typical. Faced with over 100 years of Prison time for some bad choices, Larry turned over his life to God, and the following years have been nothing short of a miracle. He wrote “The Ride” to tell his story and maybe inspire or help just one person that may be in his former shoes. Now a successful Entrepreneur and Leader, Larry proved that literally, anything is possible with belief.

Episode 57 of Keepin It Rio features Larry "Bubba" Richards, Owner of TRG Roofing and Construction and Board member of Roofers In Recovery. We discuss his opportunity to rebuild his life after some decisions led to consequences, and how Roofers In Recovery is helping thousands of people through a dedicated group of industry professionals. Definitely a great story of redemption.

Today's guest is Tim Brown of Hook Agency. Tim covers a little bit of everything, including some fun with the 10X Rule and how he became the recognized World Meme Champion. Definitely a great talk that's well worth the listen.

In his return appearance to Keepin It Rio, Dimitri is back to talk about the growth and development of his Organic CBD Hemp Farm, Garden Of Panacea. Since the last appearance, they have developed and produced high end products for health and wellness and moved their team into a permanent location. We discuss the bumps in the road along the way and the lessons learned through the first phase of this business venture. It's definitely an interesting conversation with one of the most detail oriented people that I've ever known. He will be a success in this. Too much work and preparation has gone in, and Dimitri is a winner.

From hoping to make enough to pay the bills to speaking at major events and working with top talent, life changed pretty quickly.

This week, we finally settle the debate as to whether or not Chuck is better at Golf than Eric. We also get to witness the first ever random fan that gets Jeremy fired up and ready to throw down, Cookin' With The Kozel's, and the debut appearance of our great friend in Texarkana, Alan Roberts. While sitting in my office this morning, I started doing a little reminiscing. I've definitely always been adventurous, but when I started looking at the past few years, it was shocking to see how much progress was made that was 100% unexpected on January 1. I've never really thought too much about it, but putting it in writing was definitely pretty interesting. If you feel like you are stuck, listen to this. From feeling trapped to flying an Airplane, the past three years have been insane. Here's how much can change in a short period of time if you commit and stay the course. 

Well, this was fun. We weren't expecting Eric to show up, but he exceeded our expectations and brought us LIVE into his family gathering in Minnesota. We recapped our visit to the Frisco Bowl and enjoyed some good natured ribbing from the winning team and discussed the best Saturday Night Live skits of all time. Pretty stellar.

We went into this Episode with no plan. That's usually the best way. All kinds of craziness goes down on Keepin It Rio this week. Today's episode was inspired by a conversation that I had recently in which I was asked "How did you get into Roofing?" The truth is, I never meant to. It definitely snuck up on me, but 23 years later, I love it. I sat down and chronicled my career path, which is 100% unique. Nobody else has the same story that I created. Just putting it in writing made me think "How did that even happen?" For the first time ever, here's how it happened. 

This was another great LIVE episode of Keepin It Rio. Plenty of ridiculousness went on as we had a Live Call-In guest and talked about topics ranging from the World Series to the lackluster efforts made fixing the water line in the College Station office and a few twists and turns, this is a good one.

This week, we have Special Guest Stephen Hughes  visit live from a place called Spa Castle, we talk about random things for a while, and Chuck details his “near death” experience with a “Werewolf” in his Neighborhood. All in all, pretty ridiculous. It's what you've come to expect from Keepin It Rio Live.
